INTRODUCTION
This proposal was designed to address Epoxy flooring solutions based on specification. The products are
meant to be added to the original mix designs to bring about water proofing and increasing the
comprehensive strength of the stated areas, they are not meant to replace the original mix design
components.

❖ ARMORFLO EP- Epoxy priming System is two-component epoxy priming. It has a nice
appearance, dust-resistant, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. The flooring system has good
bonding with the solid base, good abrasion resistance and durability. Meanwhile, it has certain
toughness, brittle-resistance and capacity to withstand significant weight. The compressive
strength and impact resistance ability is also excellent.
❖ ARMORFLO-600 is a three two part, solvent free epoxy floor coating which can be easily
cleaned and has high surface hardness, mechanical and chemical resistances. It has a great
appearance, dust, corrosion resistance and easy to clean. It has good anti-static properties, wear
and tear resistance and Suitable for heavy duty industrial and decorative flooring. It has great
resistance to chemicals, acids and solvents.

WORK SCOPE & RESUMPTION
Mobilization to site is within a days after payment confirmation.
PROJECT TIMELINE
Estimated time to complete the project is 2 days time period can extend only due to bad weather.
CLIENT OBLIGATION
• Smooth and crack free surface is required for epoxy flooring application which is under client
responsibility.
• Surface Preparation- Include General cleaning, liquid cleaning on spot if required & Dusting for
application. It also includes light grinding of required surface not all, if there is uneven or stone
chips are visible in the surface.
• Provision of power, storage, security of materials and equipment delivered to site and during
application.
• Accessibility, scaffolding and gangway are to be provided by client as per requirement.
• Scaffolding as and when required needs to be provided by the client.
METHOD STATEMENT FOR EPOXY FLOORING
Providing Armor for Building Structures
DESCRIPTION
This method statement serves as a working guide for mixing and application of epoxy flooring system.
The steps stated here can only be applied to the type of epoxy flooring stated here and cannot be
adopted for any kind of flooring.
SURFACE PREPARATION
❖ Old surfaces should be checked for cracks, honeycomb and can be repaired with ARMORPATCH
100 Armorsil repair mortar.(but its client responsibility and incur extra charges from the
quotation)
❖ Surface must be screeded to slope (use ARMORLATEX to reduce the incidence of cracks) to allow
water to flow properly –(Client responsibility, Not considered in this quotation)
❖ Surface whether new or old must be dry, clean and free from loose particles.
❖ The compressive strength of substrate must be at least 25MPa and cohesive bond strength must
not be less than 1.5MPa.
❖ All loose concrete, chirpings and dust should be removed, and uneven surface smoothened with
the aid of grinding machine.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
STEP-1 SURFACE PREPARATION
❖ Assessing stability of floor
❖ Grinding and smoothing (if required only, not mandatory)
❖ Sweeping or Dust blower
STEP-2 PRIMING STAGE
❖ For smooth priming using Armoflo Priming system
❖ Screeding : Epoxy mortor screeding before final coat
STEP-3 APPLICATION OF FINAL EPOXY SELF LEVEL SYSTEM
