NOTE:
The above prices are for Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of the complete systems including AC units installation, duct works, refrigerant
piping, air outlets and required accessories.
 ANNEXURE-2

COMMERCIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

• 25 % Advance upon order confirmation.

• 50 % before delivery of AC equipment at site.

• 20 % Against the Installation of units & completion of low side works.

• 5 % Against Testing & Commissioning or 30 days of installation in case power is not

available for testing & commissioning.

• Material submittal along with detailed BOQ shall be given upon receipt of LOI.

• Warranty- One year on the complete system from the date of commissioning or 15 months from

the date of installation whichever is earlier.

• Job Completion: 8-10 Weeks after receipt of commercially accepted LPO with advance
payment.
• The same shall be mutually agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.

• Any dispute arising out of the contract shall be resolved in accordance to UAE jurisdiction.

• Change in the proposed material/brands list may lead to an upward revision on our price.

• Force Majeure: We shall not be responsible for any delays or damages arising to the units at site

due to any natural/man made calamities beyond our control.

• Order Placement: Orders shall be placed on M/s. Aerocool System Air Solutions LLC.

• VAT shall be extra as actual.

 ANNEXURE-3

EXCLUSIONS & BASIS OF OFFER

• Any Civil work for cutting and chipping necessary for Installation of unit including plastering
foundation of the roof top.
• Providing power supply to the units from the DB/SMDB to the AC unit & any type of Co/Co2
Sensors.
• Any type of sleeves and the civil work pertaining to fixing of sleeves.
• Any type of warehouse ventilation/roof exhaust fans are not included in our offer.
• Providing Thermostat back box and its installation.
• Aluminum cladding, sleeves and cable tray on roof/riser for the refrigerant piping.
• Foundation/brackets for all AC units.
• Air curtains
• Roof Mounted Fans and Fresh & Extract Air Louvers for Warehouse
• Conduits till the AC Units above ceiling provided by main contractor.
• Decorative coating for Grills and Diffusers (Air Terminals will be coated with RAL 9010).
• Changes in Grills and Diffuser like color/Type considered as a variation.
• All types of AC controls and integration with Fire Control Panels and BMS.
• Electrical MCCPs, MDB, DB, SMDB & cable from DB/SMDB to the AC unit.
• Isolators & Power cables for A/C units and conduits for thermostats are excluded.
• Interfacing required with other equipment including the BMS/Fire alarm control panel.
• Any authority approval/registration is not included in our scope and the same shall be arranged
by the main contractor/client.
• Any item not specifically mentioned in our offer.
