date of acceptance by Clients & Consultants for the following equipment
AIR HANDLING UNITS
1 Air Handling Units

Double Skin Horizontal Air Handling Units, complete with double skin (45±2 mm)
insulated with CFC free polyurethane foam (PUF) panels of 42 Kg/cum density
sandwitched between 0.8 mm thick G.I. Sheets inside AND 0.6 MM outside. Both the
sides of the panels are powder coated.
Food grade self adhesive coated neoprene gasket to be provided between panels and
structure of the AHU to ensure the entire housing is airtight didw fans to be supplied along
with motor
SS 304 insulated Drain Tray with 50mm slope.3 mm thick

DX coil shall be of 6 Row deep. (Refer Schedule of equipment for each AHU). Face
Velocity across the coils should not exceed 500 FPM. cooling coils shall be
constructed from premium quality seamless copper tubes and aluminum fins.

Doors: All lockable doors. Pressure closing type.and vacuum sealing type for suction side
Baseframe height (part of the AHU) shall be made up of MS painted steel channels of
height 300mm.

All outlets of the AHU shall have a Aluminum Opposed Blade Dampers.Return air and
fresh air connections shall be provided with opposed blade aluminium motorised dampers

Pre-Filters Section: Made up of 2mm thick 50X25mm rectangular tubes to house 100 mm
thick washable panel type G4 filters. Filter prices shall be included in the AHU price.
Fine-Filters Section: Made up of 2mm thick 50X25mm rectangular tubes to house 300
mm thick F9 filters. Filter prices shall be included in the AHU price.
Bleed off dampers shall be inlcuded
All the sections (prefilter, finefilter, Fan/Motor section, ) shall have lights installed with a
on-off switch outside the section.
Fan/Motor Arrangement: Fan - Nicotra./KRUGER Motor - ABB/Siemens/CG Shall be
aerofoil backward curved plug type direct driven fans
Mixing box shall be included.
Fire resistant flexible duct connection shall be included
Magnehelic gauges across filters and fan shall be provided
VFD to be included 5.5 kw each (Mitsubishi /siemens/MG -MMWC-Heavy Duty-High

8 SHEET METAL DUCTING

Factory fabricated GSS Ducting (Box ducts only) with TDF Flanges, supports, cleat
joints, gaskets, bolts & nuts. GSS ducting shall meet the requirements of Class VIII. No
fabrication at site. Ducts should be supplied covered using polythene sheets from factory.

Fire dampers for with fusible link type fire dampers and limit switch for position feedback.
The dampers to be rated for 90 minutes fire rating and the dampers shall be of spring

11 Elctrical Works
 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of wall mounting type distribution board
(concealed/ partly concealed) for lighting control/small power control. The DB shall
comprise of SPN or TPN copper busbars as applicable, busbars of adequate size and
brass neutral link with suitable number of taps and screws. The board shall be made
out of 16 SWG sheet steel suitably reinforced. The distribution board shall be equipped
with incoming and outgoing MCB's & Circuit identification tags/cable markers etc. The
distribution board shall be as per relevant IS & CEIG requirements .An extra link shall be
provided inside the DB for earthing purpose. An over all cover made out of 16 SWG
sheet steel with flush type screws / lockable arrangement. The rate for board shall
include supply and installation of all components, with MS doors such that MCB's are not
visible, hardware's, etc. including all connected civil works, equipped with the following.
Suitable size MS adaptor box shall be provided above the DB location to terminate the
incoming conduits to DB. All Lighting DBs shall be comply with curve 'B' tripping
characteristics and Power DBs of curve C' tripping characteristics.

12 CONTROLS

Supply and installation of DDC Panels: Automation stations / DDC Controller with I/O
module etc...The controllers shall be 32 bit microprocessor based standalone and
networkable type with real time clock and historical database of min 3600 events , with
port for POT (Portable Operator Unit). Controllers shall be with embedded webservers
and BTL listed. Controllers shall comply with BACNET IP Protocol. The controllers shall
be designed to cater the given I/O Summary. The required enclosures for DDC controllers
1 shall be included (preferred IP 65).
