Dear Madam/Sir:

Please accept this letter as my formal notice of my resignation from my position as Pharmacy Assistance
at Gendrug Incorporation. My last day of working in this position will be on February 13, 2022.

Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to work and experience as pharmacy assistant for the
past 2 months. I enjoy and learned some of the medicine and their therapeutic use and work with the
other staff which helps me gain new insights and nurture my skills and abilities. This decision is not
related to the work environment and staff but with my personal decision in resigning because I want to
focus more on my course and pursue my own dream.

I wish the company will continue to prosper. Please let me know what I can do to ease the transition and
contact me anytime if you ever need some assistance in the future.
