Dear Ma'am

With much reluctance, I wish to inform you of my resignation from


my position as Collection Specialist. Effective May 19, 2025. to
May 30,2025 It is with regret that I have made this decision, but
after careful consideration, I feel that it is necessary due to the
better opportunity to work on a competitive salary company.

I want to express my gratitude for the opportunity to work in this


position for the past 6 months. I am very grateful for the chance you
have given me. I’ve greatly enjoyed and appreciated the
opportunities I’ve had, and I’ve learned so much from all of you which
I will take with me throughout my career.
