Apliques De Elefante De Ganchillo

Material:

 Hilo que requiere anzuelo de 5,5 mm en: gris y azul


 Una cantidad muy pequeña de algodón perlado en negro (para las cejas)
 Aguja de crochet tamaño 3,5 mm.
 2 ojos de seguridad negros (7,5 mm)
 Marcadores de puntadas
 Aguja de tapiz

Abreviaturas:

¿Qué usé?

Hilado ligero de estambre.


Usé «Me encanta este algodón» en gris de Hobby Lobby y algodón Rico Creative en
azul claro.

La cabeza

Trabaje en rondas, no gire a menos que se especifique. Si es necesario, use un marcador de


puntadas para la primera puntada de cada ronda.

Con un ganchillo de 3,5 mm y el hilo gris.

 Ronda 1 : comienza 6 pb en un anillo mágico. (6)


 Ronda 2 : aum 6 veces. (12)
 Ronda 3 : [1 pb en el siguiente pt, 1 aumento en el siguiente pt] x6. (18)
 Ronda 4 : [1 pb en el siguiente 2 pt, 1 aumento en el siguiente pt]
x6. (24)
 Ronda 5 : [1 pb en el próximo 3 pt, 1 aumento en el siguiente pt]
x6. (30)
Cortar el hilo, rematar.

Los ojos deben estar entre las rondas 2 y 3, espaciados por la 3a PERO sugeriría tal vez esperar
para coser las orejas a la cabeza antes de arreglarlos (es posible que también desee arreglarlos
a través de las orejas dependiendo del diseño de su seguridad ojos).

Con el algodón perla negro y tu aguja tapiz, haz las cejas entre las vueltas 4 y 5, más de 2 pt.
The ears (make 2)

The left ear:

With a 3.5 mm crochet and the blue yarn.

 Round 1: start 6 sc in a magic ring. (6)


 Round 2: [1 inc in all st]. (12)
 Round 3: [1 sc in the next st, 1 inc in the next st] x6. (18)
Change for the grey yarn.

 Round 4: [1 sc in the next 2 st, 1 inc in the next st] x6. (24)
 Round 5: [1 sc in the next 4 st, 2 dc in the next 2 st, 1 sc in the next 8 st,
2 hdc in the next 4 st, 1 sc in the next 6 st]. (30)
Cut the yarn, fasten off.

The 4 dc you made in the last round are at the bottom of the ear and the 8 hdc are at
the top.

The right ear:

With a 3.5 mm crochet and the blue yarn.

 Round 1: start 6 sc in a magic ring. (6)


 Round 2: [1 inc in all st]. (12)
 Round 3: [1 sc in the next st, 1 inc in the next st] x6. (18)
Change for the grey yarn.

 Round 4: [1 sc in the next 2 st, 1 inc in the next st] x6. (24)
 Round 5: [1 sc in the next 6 st, 2 hdc in the next 4 st, 1 sc in the next 8 st,
2 dc in the next 2 st, 1 sc in the next 4 st]. (30)
Cut the yarn, fasten off.

With your tapestry needle, sew the ears behind the head (the sides of the head should
be in the middle of your magic rings).

You can now fix the safety eyes.


The trunk

With a 3.5 mm crochet and the grey yarn.

 ch 3. (3)
 Row 1: starting from the 2nd ch from the hook: 1 sc in the next ch, 1 dc
in the next ch. (2)
 Row 2: ch1, turn; 1 dc in the next st, 1 sc in the next st. (2)
 Row 3: ch1, turn; 1 sc in the st, 1 dc in the next st. (2)
 Row 4: ch1, turn; 1 dc in the next st, 1 sc in the next st. (2)
 Row 5: ch1, turn; 1 sc in the next 2 st. (2)
 Row 6: ch1, turn; 1 sc in the next 2 st. (2)
 Row 7: ch1, turn; 1 sc in the st, 1 dc in the next st. (2)
 Row 8: ch1, turn; 1 sc in the next 2 st. (2)
Cut the yarn, fasten off.

Sew the trunk below the eyes (see pictures above).

The body

With a 3.5 mm crochet and the grey yarn.


 ch 7. (7)
 Row 1: starting from the 2nd ch from the hook: 1 sc in the next 6 ch. (6)
 Row 2: ch1, turn; 1 inc, 1 sc in the next 4 st, 1 inc. (8)
 Rows 3 to 9: ch1, turn; 1 sc in all st. (8)
 Row 10: ch1, turn; 1 dec, 1 sc in the next 4 st, 1 dec. (6)
 Rows 11 to 12: ch1, turn; 1 sc in all st. (6)
 Row 13: ch1, turn; 1 sc in the next 2 st, 1 dec, 1 sc in the next 2 st. (5)
 Row 14: ch1, turn; 1 sc in all st. (5)
 do not turn, make 1 sc evenly all around (you do not want to crochet to
tight for this part – you can also use a bigger size crochet). (approx. 32
st)
Cut the yarn (leave a long tail to sew the head on), fasten off.

The back legs (make 2)

With a 3.5 mm crochet and the blue yarn.


 Round 1: start 5 sc in a magic ring. (5)
 Round 2: [1 inc in all st]. (10)
Change for the grey yarn:

 Round 3: [1 sc in the next st, 1 inc in the next st] x5. (15)
We will now be working in row:

 Row 4: 1 sc in the next 3 st. (3)


 Row 5: ch1, turn; 1 sc in all st. (3)
 Row 6-7: ch1, turn; 1 sc in all st. (3)
Cut the yarn, fasten off.

With your tapestry needle, sew the back legs behind the body. You only want to see
the feet from the front (see pictures below).

The front legs (make 2)

With a 3.5 mm crochet and the grey yarn.

 Row 1: ch 4. (4)
 Row 2: starting in the 2nd ch from the hook: 1 sc in all st. (3)
 Rows 3 to 13: ch1, turn; 1 sc in all st. (3)
Cut the yarn, fasten off.

With the blue yarn and the tapestry needle, make 3 toenails at the bottom as shown in
the picture below.
With your tapestry needle, sew the front legs to the front of the body (see picture
below).

Sew the head over the body.
