Pre-Boarding Reminders
1. Passengers will be asked to present proper identification prior to boarding. Kindly bring any of the following IDs:
Driver’s License
Passport
Company ID
School ID
SSS ID
GSIS ID
PRD ID
Other Government Issue IDs
2. Passenger who availed of a Senior Citizen discount, must present a Senior Citizen ID issued by any of the following agencies:
Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD)
Office of the Senior Citizen Affair (OSCA)
Federation of Senior Citizens Association (FSCA)
Or any official ID that indicates the age of the passenger. Senior Citizen discount will be forfeited if proper identification will not be presented.
3. Senior Citizen discount are applicable to both Filipino Citizen and Foreign Nationals. Foreigners need to present their passports to validate their entitlement.
4. Each passenger is allowed to bring onboard two (2) hand carried baggages not exceeding a total of 0.10 cbm in volume. Baggage weighing more than 15kg shall be charged
the excess weight rate prevailing at the time of travel.
5. All baggage must be tagged with owners name and address.
Pregnant Women
Women who are 8 months pregnant are allowed to board provided a valid doctor’s certificate is presented stating her fitness to travel. The passenger must also sign a waiver.
But during rough seas, pregnant women are not allowed to board.
Terms and Condition
1. Check-in time – Passengers must check-in 45 minutes before published departure time. This is for seat confirmation. Confirmed bookings shall be cancelled and released to
chance passengers upon failure of the passengers to check-in at least 45 minutes before published departure time.
2. Baggage limitation – Each passenger is allowed to bring on board two (2) hand carried baggages not exceeding a total of 0.10 cbm in volume. Baggage weighing more than
15 kg shall be charged the excess weight charges prevailing at the time of travel.
3. Non-allowable baggage – Dangerous items such as ammunitions, fireworks, flammable liquids and solids, compressed gases, corrosives, radioactive materials, oxidizing
materials, poisons and infectious substances, extremely bulky and in commercial quantity are not allowed for boarding. Firearms and it’s corresponding licenses and permits
must be declared and turned over to security head and vessel Captain before boarding.
4. Baggage liability – Carrier will not be liable for any lost or damaged baggage.
5. Unclaimed Baggage – Baggage unclaimed within thirty (30) days from the date of completion of voyage shall be turned over to charitable institution.
6. Animals and plants – No animals will be allowed on board. The only exceptions are fighting cocks, dogs, cats, birds, rabbits and other household pets, provided, the passenger
presents a quarantine permit and the animals must be properly caged. Plants are likewise accepted provided they have quarantine permit.
7. Reservation – Reservation are not considered final unless tickets are purchased.
8. Refund – Refund will be made provided that the unused set of ticket is surrendered to carrier not later than six (6) months after the date of issuance. Surcharge of 20% of net
fare + VAT will be collected upon refund either before or after vessel departure.
9. Revalidation – Surcharge of ten percent (10%) from net fare + VAT will be collected on ticket revalidation regardless either before or after vessel departure.
10. Check-in not boarded – Surcharge of fifty percent (50%) will be collected on ticket revalidation or refund if the ticket was check-in and the passenger did not take the trip.
11. Ticket non-transferability – This ticket in non-transferable. It can only be used by the person whose name appears herein and on the specified departure date and time.
12. Ticket Validity – Tickets can be refunded or revalidated within six (6) months from the date of issuance. Valid proof of identity must be presented whenever required upon
check in. If it is found that the person presenting the ticket is not same person named as passenger in the ticket or if such person is unable to satisfactorily prove that he/she is
the same person named in the ticket, then the carrier shall refuse carriage to such person and invalidate the ticket so presented.
13. Lost ticket – Carrier shall not refund nor replace any lost ticket.
14. Departure time – The time of departure are subject to change without prior notice.
15. Vessel delay/trip cancellation – Carrier shall not be responsible for the subsistence of passengers or for damages of lost time due to vessel delay/trip cancellation. Carrier
reserves the right to bring the passengers to their destination by other means possible or refund the value of this ticket
16. Carriage Refusal – The carrier reserved the right to refuse boarding of passenger for any valid reason such as passengers with contagious disease and failure to present
medical clearance to travel issued by a Physician or any competent medical practitioner.
17. Subject to search – The carrier reserves the right to search the passenger and his hand carried baggage for any prohibited materials and substances and seize such if
discovered, in coordination with the proper authorities. A passenger refusing to be searched shall not be allowed to board his designated voyage. The carrier further reserves
the right to refuse to carry at any time, any baggage discovered to contain any dangerous items stated in #3 – Non- allowable baggage
18. Injury or Death - Claims for injuries, death and other liabilities must be filed with the carrier within thirty days (30) from the day the vessel arrived at port of destination. Carrier
will not be liable for injuries, death and other liabilities arising from force majeure or events beyond the control of carrier, its officers, crews, agents and employees.
19. Court Jurisdiction for Suits – All suits arising out of this contract shall be filed and tried only in Cebu City
20. Fare for minors – Children who are three (3) to eleven (11) years of age are entitled to a 50% discount on the passage fare. Children below 3 years old but are already more
than 1 meter in height shall pay 50% of passage fare.
21. Infant fees – Passengers below three (3) years of age and less than 1 meter in height shall be charged with a fee as maybe solely determined by the carrier from time to time
based on the prevailing industry rates.
22. Data Privacy Consent. The passenger gives full consent to The SuperCat Fast Ferry Corporation (SFFC) for the purpose of providing services to passenger: (a) to collect, use,
and/or process any personal data the passenger may provide, such as but not limited to name, gender and email address; (b) to store personal data for the period allowed
under the applicable law and regulations; (c) to share/transfer personal information to SFFC affiliates, partners and service providers and regulatory authorities, if any; and (e)
to dispose in a secure manner personal information when such personal information is no longer necessary for the said purpose. For more information on how SFFC protects
