A. Activating Prior Knowledge Short Review:
Mystery Box Game:
Learners will pick in the mystery box and allow them to identify the things
related to ICT.
B. Establishing Lesson Purpose 1. Lesson Proper:
Activity: TELL ME SOMETHING!
Show a picture and let them tell something about the picture

2. Unlocking Content Area Vocabulary: The teacher can elicit ideas on the
 ICT or information and communications technology (or technologies), is different sector of ICT
the infrastructure and components that enable modern computing.

C. Developing and Deepening Explain to the learners that the lesson will focus on the different sector of ICT. The teacher can show the types of food

computing, and online content delivery.

 Digital Media and Entertainment: This sector focuses on the creation,


distribution, and consumption of digital content, including music, video, games, and
multimedia applications. It encompasses industries such as streaming services, online
gaming, digital advertising, and social media platforms.

 E-commerce and Online Retail: E-commerce involves the buying and selling of
goods and services over the internet. This sector includes online marketplaces, retail
websites, payment gateways, logistics and delivery services, and digital marketing
platforms.

 Cybersecurity: Cybersecurity focuses on protecting ICT systems, networks, and


data from unauthorized access, cyber threats, and malicious attacks. This sector
includes activities such as risk assessment, threat detection, incident response,
encryption, and security software development.

 Digital Health: Digital health integrates ICT into healthcare delivery to improve
patient care, diagnosis, treatment, and health outcomes. This sector encompasses
telemedicine, electronic health records (EHRs), wearable devices, health apps, and
remote patient monitoring solutions.

 Education Technology (EdTech): EdTech leverages ICT to enhance teaching and


learning experiences through digital tools, resources, and platforms. This includes e-
learning platforms, educational apps, online courses, virtual classrooms, and
interactive learning content.
