manufacture for heavy duty and ultra-precise CNC grinding machines and it is the only one in

Mr. Chen Panshui (professor senior engineer, Fujian 100 talent grogram, entrepreneur of
innovation in machinery industry of Fujian), founder of the company, is the person who leaded to
manufacture the first roll grinding machine in China. He has more than 55 year’s experiences of
research and design in this field since he devoted himself into this industry.

Technique features for carriage travelling mode
1, roll is jacked between the tailstock center and headstock center, roll mounted on the steady
rests, the roll is rotated by the roll clamp through the headstock faceplate. Wheel dressing
device and position sensor of the tailstock are mounted on the tailstock.
2, big castings of the machine are composed by rare earth abrasion resistance alloy materials.
3, work piece rotating and grinding wheel rotating is respectively driven by the Siemens AC
spindle motor, speed variable.
4, roll chamfer grinding automatically.

Structure features for carriage travelling mode
1, finish grinding for the machine bed guide ways are accomplished on the exclusive guide way
grinding machine (imported), in this case, the process quality of the guide way can be
guaranteed compared with the conventional boring and milling machine.
2, the machine bed is thermal symmetry designed, so the structure of the bed always keeps
steady, which will lowest the thermal deformation value.
3, hydrostatic pressure oil chamber of the carriage is different size distributed, valves inside were
supplied by the supplier that are made according to our drawings, floating precision of the
carriage becomes higher, it can be adjusted flexibly.
4, all castings of this machine were taken re-anneal treatment, stress to be eliminated via the
natural aging measures.

The seller will provide 12 months warranty to the machine since machine has been handed
over to the user when past the acceptance of the machine, and the seller will bind to supply the
paid lifelong service once the warranty expires.
The seller should be in charge of repairing or replacing the broken parts within warranty.
If machine faces any problem in the future beyond warranty, the seller guaranteed to provide
the accessories and maintenance consult and personnel despatchment if necessary.
Response time: The seller should reply the customer within 8 hours after the after-sales
received maintenance requirement, and promise to get to the site within 48 hours (time varies
for foreigner countries because of the visa application time).
