R2-3: sc in each stitch [6]
R4: 4sc, dec {5]
R5: 5 sc, [5]
Finish off leaving a long tail.
Sew to the body between rows 10-11.
Eyes (make two – use size 3mm hook):
Chain 6
4sc (starting in second chain from the hook), increase in last chain
3sc (working back up the other side of chain), slip stitch and finish off leaving a long tail for
sewing. I recommend using pins to secure eyes before sewing them to the head. My eyes are
placed at a slight angle between rows 17-21, but I just sort of “eyeball” it.
My daughter added a length of yarn to her little alien so that she could hang him from her
rearview mirror.
I hope you enjoy this pattern. I would love to see your finished projects, so tag me if you make
something. @yarns_n_nobles
