02 White Wash (Ceiling): White Washing by three coats, lime mixture sqm 400
prepared at least 12 hours before use, slacking stone lime, supply of gums,
blue stirring, thoroughly, removing the floating materials from the mixer,
surface cleaning free from all foreign materials before application of each
coats, applying on vertical and on horizontal wash for each coat and
successive coat is to be applied after drying up of previous coat including
hair brass, providing necessary scaffolding and cleaning plinth, floors,
doors, windows, portions and ventilators by washing, rubbing, oiling if
necessary after white wash for all floors including cost of water, electricity,
and other charges etc. complete in all respect in all floors and accepted by
the engineering.
03 Plastic emulation paint (Wall): Plastic emulation paint of approved best sqm 230
quality and color delivered from authorized local agent of the manufacture
in a sealed container, applying to wall and ceiling in two coats over lime
putty of specified brand applied on primer or sealer from dirt, grease, wax,
removing all chalked and scaled materials, fungus, mending good the
surface defects, sand papering the surface and necessary scaffolding,
spreading by brush/roller/spray etc. All complete in all floors excepted by
the engineer.
01 ELECTRICAL WORKS:
Surface conduit wiring: Surface conduit wiring for following point looping
at the switch board with earth terminal with 1C-x1.5sq.mm PVC insulated
and sheathed stander cables (BYM) and same size PVC insulated
ECC(green/White color) including circuit wiring with 1C-2x2.5 sq. mm PVC
and sheathed stander cables (BYA) and same size PVC insulated
ECC(green/White color) through PVC conduit of reputed manufacturer of
minimum 16-25 mm inner dia. as required with 15 mm wall thickness

• Prices should be quoted including installation, carrying, and other necessary costs.
• The quotation price must be inclusive of VAT and other related cost and vendor shall be submitted the
invoice along with VAT challan.
• After completion of the works contractor should collect “successful work completion certificate” and
challan for equipment where it should be mentioned “equipment received in good condition and
functional” from the Principal of the Institutions.
• Vendor are requested to mention on the envelope clearly–title of the quotation and name of the
vendor.
• Vendor may submit the partial offer for Lot-1, Lot 2 and Lot-3.
• Before submitting proposals/quotations vendors are requested to visit the work place to gain a clear
