TECHNICAL SITE SURVEY

Detailed scope: The following activities will be performed at the location:

(1) Coordinate of the tower location

(2) Tower height measurement

(3) Azimuth measurement of each of the tower legs

(4) Height of the installed antennas on each of the legs.

(5) Full tower picture

(6) Equipment room inspection

A checklist and a record input form can be prepared in order to capture all the Items required and to
keep a record of measurements.
