CLASS KG & PREP
ACADEMIC SESSION 2024-25
General Instructions:

01. Age Requirement

For KG :Born between 01.10.2019 and 01.10.2020 [Both days inclusive]

For Prep :Born between 01.10.2018 and 30.09.2019 [Both days inclusive]

02. Class KG & Prep - Both parents along with the child should meet the Principal with
original documents, as detailed below, at the time of interaction. The date and time for this
will be provided at the time of registration. Please maintain the time given to you for the
interaction and you may please be prepared to spend around one hour in the school for
this purpose.

03. Online Registration : 25.09.2023 to 07.10.2023


04. Publication of Selection List : 06.11.2023
05. Dates of admission : 07.11.2023 to 18.11.2023

Note : NO EXTENSION OF DATE WLL BE GRANTED FOR TAKING ADMISSION


06. Registration fee of Rs. 1500/- is to be deposited through online.

07. Result once published will be final and no queries in this regard will be entertained.

08. Documents to be uploaded at the time of filling the registration form.


a) Birth Certificate of candidate issued by Municipal Corporation / Registered
Hospital / Baptism Certificate.
b) Address Proof.
c) Photo of the Candidate.
09. Documents required at the time of interaction. (Compulsory Requirement)
(Original with a copy of the same – self attested)
a) Birth Certificate of candidate.
b) Aadhar Card of candidate.
c) Address Proof.
d) Educational Qualification of both the parents. (As filled in the Admission Form)
e) Caste Certificate of the parent (applicable only for Schedule Caste, Schedule Tribe
and Other Backward Caste).
