Respected Sir,
I am writing to propose the project that I believe will be great to partial fulfilment of the
requirements for the degree of Bachelor of Information Management, prescribed by
faculty of Management, Tribhuvan University. This project will assist both custumer
and shopkeeper to connect by online platform and will act as a virtual bridge.
The title of the project is Flower Management System‘which will improve the issue of
online .
Customer will be able to watch decoration service of special occasion provided by
shopkeeper which include Birthday, Marriage and other social, cultural decorations and
present designs in market to viewers. Flower Bouquat with ranges of prices can also be
ordered through mobile contact.

Research and Tools
HTML: Hypertext Markup Language, a standardized system for tagging text
files to achieve font, color, graphic, and hyperlink effects on World Wide
Web pages. HTML is written in the form of HTML elements consisting of tags
enclosed in angle brackets (like<html>).HTML can be used with CSS and
JavaScript to create dynamic and interactive webpages.
MySQL: MySQL is developed, distributed, and supported by Oracle
Corporation. MySQL is a database system used on the web it runs on a
server. MySQL is ideal for both small and large applications. It is very fast,
reliable, and easy to use. It supports standard SQL. MySQL can be compiled
on a number of platforms.
CSS: It is the style sheet language use for describing the look and formatting
of the document written in a markup language. CSS is designed primarily to
enable to separation of document presentation, including element such as
the Layout, colors, and fonts.
JAVASCRIPT: JavaScript is the scripting language of the web. All modern
HTML pages are using JavaScript . A scripting language is a lightweight
programming language. JavaScript code can be inserted into any HTML page,
and it can be executed by all type of web browsers. JavaScript is easy to
learn.
PHP: PHP is a widely-used open source general purpose scripting language
that is specially suited for web development and can be embedded into
HTML. It is open source which means it is free to download and use. It is
simple to lean and use.
XAMPP: XAMP is a free and open source cross platform webserver solution
stack package developed by Apache Friends, consisting mainly of the Apache
HTTP Server, MariaDB data base, and interpreters for scripts written in the
PHP and Perl programming languages. Since most actual web server
deployments use the same components as XAMPP, it makes transitioning
from a local test server to a live server possible.
Bootstrap: The Bootstrap framework is built on Hypertext Markup Language

(HTML), cascading style sheets (CSS) and JavaScript. Web developers using
Bootstrap can build websites much faster without spending time worrying
about basic commands and functions. Bootstrap's 12-column grid system can
update responsively based on screen size.
VS Code: Visual Studio Code is an source-code editor made by Microsoft for
Windows, Linux and macOS. Features include support for debugging, syntax
highlighting, intelligent code completion, snippets, code refactoring, and
embedded Git. Users can change the theme, keyboard shortcuts,
preferences, and install extensions that add additional functionality.

CONCLUSION
This project helps to improve the online marketing of decoratives of special
occasion of clients compared to traditional market and effective too. As a result
the main purpose of this Flower and Decoration Marketing Management
System is to act as a bridge among buyers, seller and producer about present
decorative designs in market mainly “Marriage Ceremony, Birthday and other
special Cultural and Administrative party ”. Consequently this project will act as
a virtual bridge between customer and clients to communicate information of
service about decoration.
