ABSTRACT:
Our project is about LILY FLOWER SHOP. The main aim of this project
is to create a website that is helping while selling flowers. This system is mainly used
for online flower selling in fewer amounts and also in wholesales. This website will
help for ordering the flowers in online. In this the people can enter their address and
their contact details for ordering the flowers for home delivery. The system makes the
flower sales management work standardized, systematic and procedural, avoids
arbitrariness, improves the speed and accuracy of sales, and timely, accurately and
effectively inquiries about and revise orders and flowers.

INTRODUCTION
UNIT-1
1. Introduction
The aim of this project is to automate the ordering of flower through the
internet with satisfactory user interactions. The developed software will be
easier and more flexible to handle. Computerization of the ordering system will
be able to give fast service to the customers. We chose this system because it is
more efficient, it is cost effective and manual error will be lessened. See the
description that which of the flower category is needed for your occasion. This
system is written in PHP and MYSQL.
1.1 Background
Flower delivery is a service in floristry. In many cases it is conducted
through websites which allow consumers to browse online catalogues of flowers.
They are often delivered to a third party, the recipient of the gift. Historically,
these were coordinated through telegraphs and later telephones before the advent
of the World Wide Web. The floristry business has a significant market in the
corporate and social event world, as flowers play a large part in the decor of
special events and meetings.
1.2 Problem Statement
The existing system requires a lot of man power; to handle the number of
available flowers, flowers that are already ready to be delivered and customer
details like the address where flowers should be delivered, the need to calculate
the payment of flowers, and all of this is tediously time-consuming, it can result
in redundant information being processed and a lot a paperwork being
produced. The system is less reliable due to human error, data processing is low
and the updating of written records is very difficult. The costs to do all of this,
runs high at the end of end of every month. The prices depend on the season.

2.1 Scholars Journal of Engineering and Technology:
Using this site we get an outline of our project. The modules used in this
site is not used in our project .We just get an idea from this site and developed
our idea.
2.2 JAVAT POINT:
We used this site to learn the basics in java and implemented in our project.
2.3 W3 SCHOOLS:
We used this site to learn the basics in sql and used the queries in building
the database.
REMARKS:
In the Scholars journal the system is made with the MVC architecture
( Model , View and Controller ) where we not usedthat.
FEASIBILITY
STUDY
UNIT-3
3. FeasibilityStudy
The project consists of three feasibility:
3.1. Economic Feasibility:
In economic feasibility a number of factors have to be considered like
time, cost of doing the full systems study, the cost of business employee time,
estimated cost of hardware and software. The most frequently used method to
test for the effectiveness of a new system or cost/benefit analysis. The
procedure is to determine the benefits and savings that are expected from the
flower ordering system.
3.2. Technical Feasibility:
Centers on the existing computers whether it is possible to develop a
new system given the current technicalresources. Our purposed system is
technically feasible because there was no previous system to compare it to. All
ordering data reports are stored in a database table and the customer ordering
interface designed is user-friendly.
3.3. Operational Feasibility:
Operational feasibility depends on the human resources available for the
project and involves projecting whether the system will operate and be used
once it is put in place. In our proposed system command buttons are used
throughout the application,2 the program enhances operational feasibility, the
maintenance and modifications are found to be easier to do.

UNIT-4
4. ProjectMethodology
4.1 Block diagram:
4.2 Description of working flow:
The working flow of the block diagram is discussed in this paragraph.
First the user have to login. Next see the description that which of the flower
category is needed for your occasion
Then order the comfortable with the product and enter the details of the
product. After the customer ordered their products, then the workers in our
flower shop will check their need of products that they order through online
and delivering to them on time.
Through this the customer can save his /her time by ordering in
online. If any error during order you can reload the page and once again do
make order. If the customer doesn’t their product s reach our website mailed to
check their product received timing.

CONCLUSION
UNIT-6
1. Conclusion
Conclusion of the LILY FLOWER SHOP is to avoid the manual work
and the problems concern with it. It is an easy way to obtain the information
regarding the various products information that is present in the markets. This
project is a computerized solution for storing the details of all related
information in an organization and also task assigned to an employee by an
organization. Here, we can conclude that the application has been developed is
to reduce manpower and various complexities. Web-based shopping is a quick
and simple approach to sending blessings with a decision of conveyance date.
