P onboarding of new creators

Phase 1: Interview/onboarding

1. Do a proper interview with the new model and ask why she really wants to do this. Use the
interview document and take notes during and/ or after the interview.

2. After 16 hours, respond to the model and tell her she has a chance to work at our agency.
That we still want to give her a chance after good consultation with the team. This will give her a
good feeling and that she needs to prove herself.

3. Make sure that clear agreements are made on what percentage we want to give her. If she
is new 60/40 or 70/30 for the company. With an existing account making $3,000 or more than
50/50 split.

4. Explain how the payment works and why we do it that way.

5. During the second round of the interview, give the model a list of content to create within 3
days after the interview as a test. Content for Onlyfans, Content for Tiktok and content for
Instagram. You do this before going into the other phases to see if she's serious about the
collaboration.

Phase 2: Contract and explanation + start

1. First have the model sign an NDA, after she has done that ask her for her ID + proof of
address.

2. Then send the contract and have her sign it too. Once this is done, the following steps can
be taken.

3. Create a password sheet for the model that you do not share with anyone else.

4. Create a new Google account for the model with 1 of the other phone numbers you buy for
the model. Make sure you create the Google account with a proxy or VPN turned on.

5. Create a personal folder for the model on the company's Google account. Ask for the
model's personal Google account and only give her permissions to the folder à Upload here ß.

6. Use the same SIM card you already used for your Gmail for the model's Wise, Skrill,
Cosmo or Paxum account.

7. Order 1 US/ UK/ CAD/ or AU SIM card and have the model pay for it. This is for the social
media accounts.
8. Make sure the model also has a good ring light and phone to ensure the quality of the
content. If this is not the case, have the model order a ring light and or phone with the
specifications we recommend.

9. Upload all the content that the model has from the last 2 years, Instagram, Facebook,
Twitter, Snapchat, normal pictures and videos etc. all on her personal Google Drive. Of course,
all content needs to be above 18+ and if it is content with other people in it, they must always be
above 18+.

Once the SIM card has been received and all content has been uploaded, phase 3 can begin.

Phase 3: Payment and Social Media

1. Create a Wise or Skrill account with the email address I only manage for the model and use
the prepaid SIM card I have access to, the same you use for the Gmail account.

2. Send the credentials to the model to verify the Wise of Skrill account. When the verification
is done change the password immediately and change it in the password sheet.

3. Send the manuals to the model what she needs to do with the US SIM card and how to use
it for Tiktok

4. Create the social media accounts if the model doesn't have one yet, if the model does
create only 2 new Tiktok accounts and give the login details to the model.

5. Sort the model's content into her Google Drive folder.

6. Create a new SnipFeed or Linkfly for the model and do not share the login credentials.

7. Change the Snipfeed, Linktree or Linkfly with only 1 link on it and that must be her Onlyfans
link. Also change her background and profile picture. Upload this link in the bio for all social
media platforms where possible except Tiktok.

Phase 4: Onlyfans account

1. Make different list for the fans (For example)

2. Create folders in the vault and sort the content. Remove all duplicate content in the vault as
this will only cause confusion.

3. Upload all content you want to sell that is not yet in the vault from the Google Drive to the
vault, then sort that content into the different folders
4. Remove all content on the wall that shows too much nudity, for example breasts without a
sticker (sometimes possible) or completely nude videos. Unless of course this is the strategy
you use for this account.

5. Find the best profile picture for her Onlyfans and change it. Have a designer VA create a
beautiful background for her banner on her Onlyfans page.

6. Make sure that the post that is pinned is renewed.

7. Change her bio to something more noticeable and sell faster if you need to.

8. Schedule photos and videos for her wall for the coming week.

9. Have her make a welcome video and make sure it looks good and really personal.

Phase 5: Creating content and Onlyfans

1. Explain to the model what the best way for her is, how to create new content and what kind
of content we need.

2. Monitor how the content creation is going and make sure that you have almost daily contact
with the model for the first 2 to 4 weeks that she knows that work needs to be done. In the
beginning it is more difficult because she always has something else to do and it has to become
a new habit.

3. Create previews of her videos and start selling first.

4. Make a new connection with the old fans and make sure they are listened to.

5. Weekly review points to see how the account is growing.
