BUSINESS AGREEMENT

In this case acting for and on behalf of this her company hereinafter referred to as the SECOND PARTY.
The First Party and Second Party are each referred to as “ Party” and collectively as “Parties”. The Parties
first explain as follows:
That the First Party is a client and company engaged in the business of Serivice which in the
implementation of its business activities intends to employ the Second Party based on the terms and
condition set by the First Party; and that the Second Party is a Party who wants to work for the First Party
and at the will of Second Party, the First Party has agreed to accept the Second Party to work at the First
Party place for CSR Project Development Management work for Invest Islands Foundation.
So in connection with aove, the Parties have agreed and agreed to and hereby ake and sign this agreement
with the following terms and conditions:
Pasal 1
TIME OF IMPLEMENTATION
The implementation time agreed by the Parties is from February 26, 2024 to May 25, 2024 (3 months
Probation)
Pasal 2
SCOPE OF THE SECOND PARTY AGREEMENT
The scope of work in accordance with the request of the First party is as follows:
Mission Overview:
Be a driving force in shaping and implementing our CSR initiatives and overseeing key projects within our
sustainable eco-village development, Mandala. Reorganize & plan in order for the foundation to be able to
raise money from external stakeholders, be self-sustainable, the projects to be able to scale up, the pillars
in Mandala to be clearly defined & ready to explain in detail to clients & prospects and to be launched
(subject to cashflow), and ultimately increase overall sales in Mandala by 25-30% (with impact on all Invest
Islands sales), while bringing serious improvement in business structure, potential & team empowerment.

Mission Goals:
A. Put more structure into invest islands foundation
B. Design & refine all selected invest islands foundation projects
C. Help invest islands stakeholders have a clearer understanding of iif projects & their impact on the local
communities & on clients’ investments
D. Help designing & launch mandala school v1 & v2 (with consultants)
E. Help designing & launch the 4 mandala eco-village pillars (with consultants)
F. Initiate & launch e-commerce platform & sales
G. Create experience packages to sell, and liase with external reforestation consultants to sell trees
H. Bring IIF projects to the stage to independence stage and/or so that money can be donated or funded to IIF
First 3 months:
1. Know the current capacity for potential services &/or educational packages to sell, and know how independent
each project can be
2. Draw budget projections, goals, choose realistically & accordingly the right strategies to raise funds
3. Get all the projects models & data needed to design the impact strategy affecting sales for Invest Islands & the
overall
Starting in June:
For everyone to understand & see the potential of:
1. What's actually being done, how it's done, including what works vs what doesn't
2. How we can use it to its best & increase its potential
3. Understand how to take the right positioning for the long run for each projects
4. Leading to empower the team making them feel more confident & motivated
5. Be in a position to start fund raising through existing clients
6. Be in a position to start selling trip/experience packages & trees to generate income
Detailed Mission Timeline:
February - June: Invest Islands Foundation (IIF) Structuring
- Define comprehensive strategies for IIF, fostering economic independence.
- Craft business models for all CSR projects.
- Develop impact reports for each project, gauging effects on Mandala property owners and local communities.
- Ensure seamless promotion of CSR initiatives by collaborating closely with the Marketing team.
Ongoing (June Onward): CSR Projects Management
- Conduct weekly meetings with IIF and monthly meetings with Invest Islands to provide project updates.
- Monitor and report on the effective implementation of CSR projects.

- Keep Invest Islands management abreast of project progress.
April - July: Mandala School Planning (V1)
- Map out the needs for the Mandala School.
- Collaborate with Anak Alam and potentially Juned on the curriculum for V1.
- Evaluate budgets and projections based on existing data.
- Identify potential partners for the school project.
June - July: Mandala School (V1) Implementation
- Coordinate with marketing to inform clients about the V1 school opening.
- Collaborate with local media for broader coverage.
- Continue coordinating with marketing for regular
updates.
July Onward: Mandala School (V2) Planning
- Commence planning for the full-scale international school (V2) set to open in 2026.
- Repeat the same planning steps as V1, considering building readiness and demand.
July - September: Mandala Eco-Village Sustainability Planning
- Assess how Mandala stands out in terms of sustainability compared to other eco-friendly projects.
- Implement the 4 sustainability pillars, determining which projects will be foundation-led.
- Seek potential partners for sustainability
initiatives.
February - May: Data Collection and Media
Mapping
- Collect data from CSR projects for marketing purposes.
- Map potential media partners (public, private, government, local).
- Define a media reach strategy for marketing campaigns.
May Onward: Fundraising and E-commerce Development
- Initiate fundraising efforts by contacting external partners and existing clients.
- Colaborate with internal team members to develop e-commerce projects.
- Conduct R&D on products, sample production, and create budgets and projections.

- Explore sales strategies (wholesale vs. retail), conduct product photoshoots, and identify the best sales
channels.
October - December: E-commerce Project Development
- Develop and implement e-commerce projects.
- Define marketing strategies, media partnerships, and necessary external collaborations.
Pasal 3
COMPENSATION
Payment Rate:
February (pro rate), March, April and May : Rp 20,000.000/month,-
Commissions:
Commissions starting in June:
- Packages 10%
- Fund raising 10%
- Deals involving you on a call/meeting before the closing 0,5%
Article 4
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
In this agreement the First Party and the Second Party have the following obligations:
1. The First Party assigns a task to the Second Party, and the second party accepts the task, namely to carry
out CSR Project Development Management work for Invest Islands Foundation according to the needs
submitted by the First Party.
2. The Second Party is obliged to maintain all confidential data data owned by the First Party
3. The Second Party shall not provide information about the First Party that is confidential to others (except for
written approval from the First Party)
4. Changes that occur during the process of this work can be made as long as they get approval from both
parties.
Article 5
OTHER CONDITIONS
1. The First Party may make a decision to extend a new contract, change the contract or terminate the
contract if any undesirable problems occur during the project.
2. The Second Party who does not perform work in accordance with his work is ready to accept sanctions
agreed by both parties.
3. The Second Party is expected to be disciplined in doing work and providing work results to the First Party.

SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES/DISPUTES
1. Dispute settlement is a provision regarding the settlement of disputes or disputes between the PARTIES in
the contract. The method taken may be through the court or out of court, namely through deliberation,
mediation, conciliation or arbitration in Indonesia.
2. The settlement of disputes in the manner referred to in paragraph (1) of this Article within 60 (sixty) calendar
days is not reached, both parties agree to submit the settlement through the District Court.
Thus we make this agreement so that it can be used properly.
