This little design for a group of toadstools is best worked in duplicate stitch/ Swiss darning but if you prefer

you can
work it using an intarsia method. I have a duplicate stitch tutorial here if you’d like more info on how to work this

After working the toadstool shapes you can embroider small dots with the white yarn on the top of each cap.
