Nature of Offense: Request Police Assistance
OOA1200H April 26 , 2023, REX CABATUAN and DONNA JEAN SALICONA, who
witnessed the smuggled weapons' illegal transaction and reported it to the Tagoloan Police
Station. informed that FREDDY ROTER GORREZ a resident of Purok 2A, Casinglot,
Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental and JARED KAPOM KALINGKING a resident of Purok 4
Poblacion,Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental, got caught by way of transacting smuggled illegal
firearms .Responded by PCPL NERY, ARTHUR and PCPL SERRANO, JAVIE.
ENTRY Nr. 00001 Dated: 1200H April 26, 2023
Nature of Offense: ARREST OF VIOLATOR OF RA 10591
PCPL NERY, ARTHUR and PCPL SERRANO, JAVIE returned this station at about
3: 00 PM , April 26, 2023 and brought the living body of FREDDY ROTER GORREZ, 47
years old, single and a resident of Purok 2A, Casinglot, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental and
JARED KAPOM KALINGKING, 48 years old, single a resident of Purok 4
Poblacion,Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental confiscated from his possession and control was
twenty (20) unit of unlicensed 9mm caliber pistol ARMSCOR with serial number
1296312,1296513, 1362867, 1246936, 1386251, 1793012, 2158390, 1427390, 1462096,
1284630, 123592, 1279032, 2175309, 2179310, 1753902, 2893056, 1729374,1782631,
2185308, 2319631 unloaded firearms. Subject person was apprised of his constitutional
rights and he is now detained this station, while the case for violation of RA 10591 Sec. 33
is being prepared . Case referred to Investigation Section .
