PAYMENT TERMS
• Advance on signing / accepting agreement 100%
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
• Please note that these are all A-Quality items quoted.
• Order will be confirmed on receipt of advance payment.
• Prices are inclusive of Transportation costs.
• Installation material & labour charges are included in the above estimate.
• Installation will begin 7 days with response to each payment as per schedule as described above.
• Additional Civil works besides foundation, if any, are excluded from the quoted prices.
• After one month of project completion, visitation and servicing will be charged.
• Generator syncing charges are not included in above estimate, in case of generator syncing Rs. 250,000/- will be
charged seperately
NET METERING TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Net metering charges are included in above estimate.
• Please note that the electric meter should be in the name of the owner of the building and that application for net
metering would be signed by the owner.
•Please also note that sanctioned load should be 10KW else it would first have to be re sanctioned
•Please further note that 30 days for net metering connection would begin after application after fulfilment of above
two requirement
• For net metering the bill should be the name of owner and sanctioned load as per solar system else extra time may
be required to change / correction and revise sanctioned load.
• Please note it may take up to 2-3 months approximately.
• This Quotation is valid for 02 days ONLY due to USD exchange rate variation.
