Scope of work:-
• Prepare full system design to include civil, structural, electrical and mechanical components,
with construction drawings and specifications.
• Perform complete system installation.
• Procure equipment and materials and deliver to site.
• Test all electrical components in accordance with manufacturer instructions.
Client Scope:-
• Provide shadow free open space, with clear roof, free of any encumbrances like
trees/plants or equipment or dummy pillars etc.
• In case of Projects with net-metering, Customer should additionally pay for the
cost of changes required in distribution system i.e. Bi-directional meters/ CTPT Sets
and connected load or contracted demand increase, as per the actual estimate
provided by DISCOM.
• Provide safe and secure storage area for the project components, upon receipt at
site.
• Provide necessary spare feeder within Customer’s HT/LT Network for
interconnection of the system.
• Provide necessary internet connectivity to the inverter for remote monitoring of
energy generation.
• Provide power and water required for civil construction and erection works.
Terms & Conditions.
• Under standard conditions, we will install the system within 4 5 - 75 days upon receipt of 65%
advance and clearance, if needed, from appropriate agencies.
• The price mentioned in the proposal is valid for 15 days.
• The price mentioned above is applicable for a structure height up to 1m. In case, elevated
structure is required based on site survey inputs, an additional cost of Rs. 2,500/ m/ kWp will be
added to the final price.
• The above-mentioned price includes Maintenance of the rooftop solar system for the first one
(1) years.
• Annual Maintenance will be provided at Rs. 1000/ kWp/ year ( 2nd year onwards) (if opted).
• The price quoted is subjected to change in case, there is any addition or alteration to bill of
materials. The customer will be informed on prior basis.
• We will ensure that installation and commissioning of system fulfill regulatory guidelines and are
up to best accepted standards.

All govt. documentation, permits and approvals will be taken care by us.
•
The cost of net meter/ bi-directional meter will be borne by the customer.
•
Solar panels and inverters are manufactured as per Pawar Solar specifications by a global leader.
Payment Terms:
• 40% advance along with work order
• 40% advance before dispatched of Material
• 10% before Installation
• 10% after completion
Warranty:
• Performance warranty 90% for 10 Years &80% for 15 Years for PV Modules warranty is in the
scope of manufacturer.
• Back to back Inverter warranty of 5 Years form manufacturer. (Pl refer warranty terms)
• 1 Years free Operation & Maintenance of the Plant.
• AMC will be charge extra after 1 years, AMC after 1 year will be signed separately.
This Standard Warranty or Relevant Warranty does not cover following eventualities
• Damage, fault, failure or malfunction due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse,
problems with electrical power, servicing not authorised by Pawar
Solar, usage and/or storage and/or installation not in accordance with Product instructions, failure to
perform required maintenance, normal wear and tear, act of
God, fire, flood, war, act of violence or any similar occurrence; products with missing or altered
Service Tags or serial numbers
