1. SUNRISES SOLAR SOLUTION scope of work for design, procurement SLD, installation and
commissioning of this 6KW Solar PV Project is detailed here under:
a. DISCOM/PSPCL liosioning and installation of bi-directional meter in our scope
b. Site Visit and detailed study of open space available, obtaining site
Measurements, photographs and other field data required for detailed design of the system
c. Detailed design and engineering of the system including civil, structural and Electrical components and
preparation of construction drawings and specifications
d. Perform & complete system installation
e. Testing and commissioning of all electrical and electronic equipment as per manufacturer’s instructions
Customer’s scope of work shall be as under:
a. Provide safe ladder to top of roof top.
b. Provide necessary space for installation of Inverters & ACDB.
d. Provide safe and secure storage area for the project components, upon receipt at site
e. Depute necessary staff for interfacing and consultation on site specific aspects
f. Provide necessary interface for connecting the Solar PV System to ACDB with 63A
g. Provide necessary internet connectivity to the inverter for remote monitoring of energy generation.
i. Provide power for construction and erection works.
j. Carryout any structural modification or cable routing etc, as may be applicable.
K. Any other scope of work that is clearly not agreed in writing.
L. Provide necessary safe water connection point for Solar panels cleaning
Installation Requirements:
a. Area Required:
The Total area required for installation of 6KW Project would be received of shadow free open space which
is enough in our case. This open space would be required for installation of solar array field and cabling up
to combiner boxes and thereafter to Inverter.
b. Storage Area: The customer is required to provide for a safe storage space for the material up on receipt at
site.
c. Module Mounting Structures:
The solar modules are required to be erected on aluminium structure on roof top which in turn need to be
chemical (The structure will be pasted on the Shade by chemical ) area’s in order to withstand the structural
loads and dynamic wind loads etc. The structures would be fixed using chemical pasted for long durability
and rust free operation over the life of the Project.
d. Installation of Inverter:
Based on the site specifics, the Inverter will be installed in safe room/wall covered by shade preferably near
transformer or any other safe room, subject to availability of ample space, accessibility and good ventilation.
Inverters are generally available with IP 65 protection. The location for installation of inverters will be
determined after detailed engineering and site study, and in case there is no space available in consumer’s
premises for housing of inverters, the same should be provided by customer at their cost.
e. Electrical Works:
Cabling between the panels, combines boxes and inverter shall be mostly outdoor and done using solar grade
cables that can withstand UV radiation. The indoor cabling post inverter and up to ACDB will be done using
cables of IS 694 and IS 1554 standards as per the guidelines of MNRE. The cables will be suitably routed
using cable trays or conduits and any cable ducts/shafts available in the consumer’s premises. The cabling
layout will be prepared after detailed engineering at site.
11. Project Schedule:
The Project shall start from the date of receipt of Purchase Order by SUNRISES SOLAR SOLUTION along
with advance amount as per the commercial terms and conditions, and shall be deemed to be completed upon
commissioning of the system up to 6kw capacity. The

12. Equipment Warranty:
The major equipment like modules, inverters, electrical combiner boxes etc are sourced from reputed
manufacturers and the warranty from those manufacturers is suitably transferred to the customer for future
use during the operation period. The warranty conditions of the following key equipment are as follows:
a. Modules: Solar PV Modules have a standard power warranty for 25 years (with 80% efficiency) as per the following
specification of MNRE – “PV modules in Solar Plants must be warranted for output wattage, which should not be less
than 90% at the end of 10 years and 80% at the end of 25 years.” In addition to the Power Warranty the solar modules
shall carry a product warranty of 10 years.
b. Inverters:
Inverters will have a manufacturer warranty for a minimum period of 05 years against any
manufacturing/design/installation defects.
c. Other equipment:
All other electrical equipment like array combiner boxes, distribution boards, digital meters, switchgear etc.
shall have warranty for a minimum period of 5 years against any manufacturing/design/installation defects.
