Altisun solar is approaching Rakesh Agarwal with a proposal of installation and


commissioning of ground mount solar power plant system at their chittor campus.
Based on discussions and site survey, we are proposing a complete solution for
1MW solar PV system. The solution includes high-quality products, installation
and commissioning services and maintenance support
1 Project Highlights
Based on site survey and electricity usage analysis from electricity bill, it is
suggested to install 1MW of solar PV system on the ground mount of commercial
building campus of Rakesh Agarwal

2 System Design
Detailed system design will be done after carefully taking technical parameters into
consideration once the project is finalized; however, following is the list of proposed system

3 Scope of Work
Feasibility Study:
- Altisun team shall survey the site and measure the available floor / roof
space suitable for PV modules installation.
- The Electrical layout of the building site will be properly studied and also needed
information will be checked.
- Application for approval of project to respective authorities
Design:
- SSPL team shall suitably design the system to optimize the system performance and
Client’s investment.
- Basic civil structure and mounting structure will be designed.
Installation:
- Documents submission for registration of the plant and subsidy
- Installation of Mounting structures
- Installation of PV Modules on Mounting structures, cabling & wiring to connect
Modules to Inverters, connection of inverters to Inter- connection point, connection
of Inverters.
- Installation of protection devices like SPD, Lightning arrestors, etc
wherever required.
- Termination of Inverter Connections at Distribution Panel
Commissioning:
- Test report preparation and submission
Training of Personnel:
- SSPL team will train the Personnel / team nominated by the Client for
maintaining the Plant on day to day basis and to handle emergency situations.

Notes:
- Customer will appoint a single point of contact person for all tasks related to
installation and commissioning of the project. Permission to the building ground
mount, arranging necessary approvals at customer end, decisions about placing of
equipments and any other help required will be his responsibility.
- Arranging the accessibility to the roof is customer’s responsibility.
- Any civil work required additionally other than mentioned in this proposal will
be customer’s responsibility.
4 Quotation

Installation and commissioning of solar ground mount solar plant

Payment Terms:
• Price is inclusive of applicable taxes (12%)
• Transportation will be borne by the company.
• Payment schedule:
o 25% Advance Upon award of Contract
o 50 % against dispatch of material
o 25% Complete the inspection (throughout power on grid)
• The Proposal is valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Any charges levied by DISCOM, Electrical Inspector and Nodal Agencies will
be borne by the customer as per Actual
• All cheques / DDs are to be in favor of “Altisun solar,
payable at Hyderabad.
5 ROI Calculation
Below table provides an estimation of return of investment from the project:

Unit Generation Estimate

• Daily solar generation for 1 MW – 4,500 units


• Monthly solar generation for 1 MW – 1,35,000 units
• Yearly solar generation for 1 MW – 1,62,000 units

Pay-Back Period

o Approx. 5-6 years (will be shorter if CFA is availed) Notes:


o The generation of power is dependent on the environment conditions.
Day to day generation might vary.
6 Project Schedule
Below figure gives an idea of the project schedule:

Notes:
• SSPL requires all documents duly signed by customer in order to submit
the applications respective authorities.
• The installation of project depends on the size of the project and
availability of material.
• Inspections from CEI and installation of net/bidirectional meter from
Discom is done by respective authorities. Hence SSPL does not guarantee
the timelines for the same.
7 Terms and Conditions
• All standard manufacturer warranties shall be transferred to the Client
• Govt. Charges for registration of the project for the subsidy will be charged
extra
• SSPL shall raise Invoice to the Client as per registration of project.
• Company works under corporate ethics “Beneath it All”. Please refer in case of
any query.
• Customer should not default in payment terms as per agreement,
otherwise bank interest would be charged after credit period.
• Delay in project execution due to customer or act of God will not be waived.
• SPP contains electronics parts, to be operated in SOC (Standard Operating
Conditions), defaulting such may result in withdrawal of warranty or termination
of Service Contract.
• System Specifications may vary due to continuous development in Technology.
