Scope of work
Feasibility Study:
1. Site Survey: The SPS (Sri Power Solutions) team will conduct a comprehensive survey of thesite to
assess the available floor or roof space suitable for the installation of photovoltaic (PV) modules. This
survey will involve precise measurements and evaluation of the site's suitability for solar panel
installation.
2. Electrical Layout Examination: The electrical layout of the building site will be thoroughly examined
to ensure compatibility with the proposed solar power project. This examination willinclude a review of
existing electrical infrastructure and systems to identify any necessary modifications or upgrades
required for seamless integration of the PV modules.
3. Regulatory Approval: SPS will handle the application process for approval of the solar power project
with the relevant authorities. This involves submitting all necessary documentation and complying with
regulatory requirements to obtain the requisite approvalsfor project implementation. By conducting a
comprehensive feasibility study encompassing site assessment, electrical layout examination, and
regulatory approval procedures, SPS aims to ensure the successful planning and execution of the solar
power project.
Design:
1. System Optimization: The SPS team will meticulously design the solar power system to maximize
performance while optimizing the client's investment. This design process involves careful consideration
of factors such as solar panel placement, system configuration, and energy output projections to ensure
efficient operation and long-term viability.
2. Mounting Structure: The design phase will also encompass the development of basic civil structures
and mounting systems necessary for the installation of solar panels. SPS engineerswill design robust
and reliable structures tailored to the specific requirements of the project site, ensuring stability and
durability throughout the system's operational lifespan. Through thoughtful design and engineering
expertise, SPS aims to deliver a solar power system that not only meets the client's performance
objectives but also provides a solid return oninvestment and contributes to sustainable energy
generation.
Installation:
3. Documentation and Registration: The installation process begins with the submission of necessary
documents for the registration of the solar power plant and to avail any applicable subsidies. SPS will
handle all paperwork and liaison with relevant authorities to ensure smoothregistration and subsidy
approval processes.
4. Mounting Structure Installation: SPS installation team will commence by installing the mounting
structures required to support the PV modules. This step involves precise placementand anchoring of the
mounting system to ensure stability and optimal positioning formaximum sunlight exposure.
5. PV Module Installation and Wiring: Once the mounting structures are in place, the PV modules will
be installed onto these structures. Additionally, cabling and wiring will be laid to connect the modules
to the inverters, facilitating the flow of generated electricity. Theinstallation team will meticulously wire
the system to ensure efficient energy transfer and system functionality.
6. Installation of Protection Devices: As part of the installation process, SPS will install protection
devices such as Surge Protection Devices (SPD) and lightning arrestors where necessary to safeguard
the solar power system against electrical surges and lightning strikes, ensuring the longevity and
reliability of the installation.
7. Inverter Connection and Termination: Following the installation of PV modules and wiring, the
inverters will be connected to the interconnection point. The installation team will ensure proper
termination of inverter connections at the distribution panel, facilitating the distribution of solar-
generated electricity to the desired destinations within the client's facility.Through meticulous installation
procedures and adherence to industry standards, SSPL aims to deliver a fully operational solar power
system that meets the client's energy needs efficientlyand reliably.
Commissioning:
Upon completion of the installation process, SPS will undertake the commissioning phase, which
includes the following steps:
Test Report Preparation: The SPS team will conduct comprehensive testing of the solar powersystem to
ensure its functionality and performance. This testing process will involve verifying the proper operation
of all components, including PV modules, inverters, wiring, and protection devices. A detailed test report
will be prepared, documenting the results of the testsconducted and confirming that the system meets
the specified performance criteria.
Submission of Test Report: Once the testing phase is completed and the test report is finalized, SPS
will submit the report to the client and regulatory authorities. This submission ensures transparency and
compliance with regulatory requirements, demonstrating that the solar power system has been
successfully commissioned and is ready for operation.
Notes: The customer will designate a single point of contact person to oversee all tasks relatedto the
installation and commissioning of the project. This individual will be responsible for obtaining
permission to access the building rooftop, securing necessary approvals from the customer's end,
making decisions regarding the placement of equipment, and providing any other assistance required
throughout the project. Ensuring accessibility to the roof is the customer's responsibility. This includes
arranging for suitable access points and ensuring that the installation team can safely reach the
designated areas for work. Any additional civil workrequired beyond what is outlined in this proposal
will be the customer's responsibility. This encompasses any structural modifications or enhancements
needed to support the installationand operation of the solar power system.
Payment Terms:
1. 80% advance payment required.
2. 10 % payment after dispatch the Dispatch.
3. 10% of balance after installation of the Solar Plant..
Additional Information:
Payment terms are subject to negotiation and may vary based on project
scope and terms agreed upon in the contract.
All payments are to be made in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule to
ensure timely completion of the project.
Failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in delays or additional
