We are pleased to submit our proposal for installation of approx. 5.4 kW of


high-efficiency PV Panels supplemented with multiple MPPT Inverters and other BOS
equipment, while complying with all international design, installation and HSE standards.

This PV system has been designed in accordance with the power consumption profile of your
facility. The design has been proposed using optimal utilization of space on the roof. The
system shall ensure compliance to the designed parameters mentioned in this document. All
relevant design and safety standards are used in designing and will be taken care of at the
time of installation and maintenance.

1. Technical Proposal
1.1 Design Basis

1. Client to provide a well air-conditioned space for inverters and LV panels near the
termination point. LV panel to client’s DB distance is assumed to be maximum 10 m.
If locations for inverters and LV panels change from the ones proposed, any
additional cable will be in Client's cost or charged as per actual.
2. Smart Meter will be required to avoid back feed to the grid or genset if Net Metering
scope is not opted.
3. It is assumed Client's main breaker where PV is terminated has sufficient capacity to
take PV output current. For PV evacuation, minimum breaker rating required is 25
Amp MCCB.
4. It is assumed that all the roofs and beams can bear the weight of the structure which
is to be installed. Load bearing test and roof analysis will be in the client’s scope, if
required
5. Client will provide stable internet connection at the inverter end.
6. Safe access to the roof will be provided by the client.

2.2 Payment Terms

Following payment terms shall be applicable:

• 50% Advance at the time of award of Contract.

• 45% upon delivery of equipment and 5% on net metering.

• Two years free O&M services cost is included in mentioned payment terms by fb energy.

• Quoted price is based on current FX rate (1 USD = PKR 158), any increase in FX ($) at the
time of advance payment will be adjusted accordingly.
