Removing the clutch
Remove the righthand side fairing (Removing the side fairings).
Note
For clarity, the figures show the engine removed from the frame.
Loosen screws (1) and remove the clutch inspection cover (2).
Undo the fixing screws (3) and remove the ring (4) and the springs (5) from the pusher plate (6).

Slide out pusher plate (6) taking care not to damage snap rings (7).
During pusher plate removal, pay attention to driving and driven plates. Some of them are fitted on the pusher plate.

Remove the clutch pushrod (8).
Block the clutch drum (9) using tool (A) part no. 88713.8852 and loosen the retaining nut (10).
Tighten screws of tool (A) to a torque of 10 Nm.

Remove the toothed washer (11), the clutch drum (9) and the plate pack (12).
When removing the plates (12), keep them paired in the assembly order and set them aside tied together, if necessary.

Slide out the spacer (13).
Remove the clutch housing.
DISASSEMBLING THE INSPECTION COVER
If necessary, remove the clutch inspection cover.
Undo screws (13) of the inner cover (14).

Remove the inner cover (14) and the soundproofing panel (15).
