WHY WE DEVELOP OUR OWN PADS ?

We work tirelessly to improve our products. We’ve created a
range of pads in partnership with our design teams that will
be integrated into our products from Autumn/Winter 2020.

Why develop them in-house? Because we want to constantly

learn more about comfort and enhance our products, have
total control over quality and costs, and ensure the global
availability of our products.

ECO-DESIGN IN OUR PRODUCTS

Why talk about our eco-designed products? A product can be called eco-designed if more
than 70% of its weight is from recycled polyester. By switching from virgin fibres to recycled,
we can reduce our CO2 emissions by 10%.

We also use the «dope-dyed» method. This technology makes it possible to mass dye some
of our components while reducing our environmental impact of ±40% (impact on water
(consumption and pollution) and the energy required to produce these products). Often, the
choice of colours is limited because it is a technology that requires large volumes. Howe-
ver, our signed sports are increasingly using this method, so it will undoubtedly evolve going
forward.

Today, recycled components are always more expensive than non-recycled components. It
was impossible for us to switch to recycled products in our Essential range without modifying

our retail prices.
