Naguilian, La Union

Dear Brgy Capt. Noel Z. Ojascastro;

I am writing to formally notify you of my resignation as Barangay Nutrition Action Officer at Barangay
Cabaritan Sur, effective April 05, 2024.

The decision to resign was not easy one, as I have thoroughly enjoyed working with all of you.
However, unforeseen family circumstances require my full attention making it difficult for me to
maintain the level of commitment and dedication this role deserves.

The experiences & knowledge I’ve gained here are invaluable and will always hold a special place
In my heart. I appreciate the support and understanding you have shown me.
Thank you once again for the opportunity to be part of it.

Respectfully Yours,

Lourdes D. Parba
