1.1 Background

Consolidated Contractors Ltd is a Construction firm that was founded in 1999 by a team of
businessmen, engineering professionals as well as construction practitioners. The firm is a
limited liability company that is fully registered with the Uganda Registration Services
Bureau as No. 43012. The company’s principle Directors are as follows:

1.2 Address and Location

The home of Consolidated Contractors Ltd is located at Plot No. 1328 Mbogo Road, Kisugu,
Kampala, Uganda. Our Strategic location (within 10 minutes from the City Centre) offers
excellent proximity between us and our prospective Clients. The firm’s head-office is not only
very spacious but is also surrounded by a wide expanse of parking space for the Company

3.1 Company Mission

Consolidated Contractors Ltd is a construction company dedicated to delivering

Construction projects, with focus on quality and time aspects, thus offering value for money
to our Clients.

We wish to see better infrastructure for all citizens in Uganda and across the globe. This
would transform into improved accessibility, higher serviceability of structures, wider
supply of safe water and improved public health.

4 TECHNICAL CAPACITY

Consolidated Contractors Ltd employs a cross-section of experienced staff both on a full-time

basis as well as on Contract depending on Project demand. A comprehensive list of our full-

5 PLANT AND EQUIPMENT

The company owns a modest fleet of plant and equipment that is capable of executing a wide
range of road and building works. However, additional equipment may be hired from time
to time, depending on specific project requirements. A list of key equipment and plant that
is owned by Consolidated Contractors Ltd is included under the section for Plant and
Equipment.

6 EXPERIENCE RECORD

Consolidated contractors ltd has successfully executed several road and building projects
both locally and internationally. A comprehensive list of some of the projects where the
