Memorandum of Understanding between Kigs
Technologies. (Service Provider)
Basic Overview:
Kigs Technologies Pvt Ltd (Service Provider) will provide remote assistance
support to Seller (Legal Name), and will manage their Amazon seller central account. The scopes of the
services are givenbelow. Detailed description of each service and TAT for each is mentioned in the
Standard operating procedure attached.
Amazon Account Management Service
Service
Listing products on Amazon Seller Central
Sellers have raw feeds which will be made available to the Remote Assistant who can use
multiple mechanisms – listing loader, flat file formats and 1x1 methods to upload
products.(Limit of 200 listings)
Update price and quantity
Price and quantity will be made available through excels and calls to Remote Assistants. Sellers
will be informed in case of reducing inventory or pricing errors. They will also build rules as per
seller requirement.
Negative Feedback Management And Notification Management
Service Provider will be proactively working on removal of Negative Feedback which are not as
per Amazon’s Policies. Will manage all the notifications and send POA if required.
A-Z Claim Management
Service Provider will represent cases against A-Z claims filed by the buyer either to get them
closed or funded by Amazon India(upto 20 claims weekly) and (upto 15 safe-t – claims weekly)
FBA Shipment creation
Remote Assistants will assist sellers in creation of shipments, taking CARP appointments and
tracking shipments on behalf of the seller.
Keyword Research and Product Selection
Service Provider will give suggestion of product to sell on Amazon and also will keyword
research for your product ranking.
Buyer – Seller communication
Remote Assistants will respond to buyer and Amazon CS queries within 24 hrs as per Amazon’s
policy on contact response time. SPs will provide information in requisite formats and in time to
protect sellers from negative ratings.(upto 100 msgs weekly)
Buy Box
We will try to keep Buy Box high.
Infringement
We will be filling Infringement per day. Before this seller has to authorise them on their
company letter pad & this document must be shared with us.(twice a week)
Reports Analysis
Return Analysis, Sales Analysis, Inventory Stock out Analysis and Business Analysis,
Advertising optimization and Modifications Analysis
Case Log Management
Will manage cases in case log(up to 5 cases in a month)
Campaign run of high CTR listing-200 & Organic marketing-50

Titles: Ensure your titles are clear, concise, and include relevant keywords.

persuasive language.

Use professional-quality images.
Include multiple angles and close-ups.
Add videos to showcase the product in action.
3. Pricing and Offers
Competitive pricing compared to similar listings.
Offer discounts, bundles, or promotions.
4. Customer Reviews and Ratings
Encourage satisfied customers to leave positive reviews.
Respond to reviews and address any issues.

Service Provider will work on Safety Claim(SFP),Infringement upto (20 sfp and 20 infringement)
Product Listing Ads and Promotions
Service provider will create and manage ad campaign and update seller about the performance of the
campaign. Upto 3 PLAds and upto 4 promotions.
Ticketing
Remote Assistants will create and respond to various queries based as Ticketing.

The Final amount is = 20,000/- only
Passwords to login Amazon seller central will be kept confidential.
Service Provider will sign a MOU with the sellers which will have a defined responsibility of the seller and
Kigs technologies pvt ltd
Amazon SPN team would be the arbitrator in case of disputes. Sellers would get the benefit in case of no
resolution and Service Provider would be liable for the penalty.
