It detects fraud data traffic in telecom networks. The product combines data mining, statistical analysis, expert system analysis and fuzzy logic techniques to detect fraud. It can recognize patterns, make associations, compare and contrast activity within the system to past events to identify instances of fraud and trigger alerts. The system can also conduct ongoing surveillance to document and build cases, with automated actions initiated on predefined user criteria months) NetMindPOS (Subscriber Acquisition, Clients: Telenet, T-Mobile Project Duration: 8 The Netmind POS module is a real-time Application Program Interface (API) that interfaces with the order or billing system to transmit subscriber information for analysis when orders for service are taken at the clients point of sale. When the subscriber data is submitted, NPOS processes the customer attributes of the order against internal and/or external data sources and then returns a result based on the information found and business rules applied. NPOS is recommended as part of a new subscriber acquisition process that utilizes a waterfall type process. A waterfall type process is one in which all subscriber orders for service enter at the top of the process and as subscribers meet criteria checked at a given level, they pool while the remainder traverse downward to the next step until all steps have been completed. Examples of checks at a given level are redundant applications, matches to prior debt, subscriber authentication and risk scoring. By identifying risks in real-time at the Point of Sale (PoS), Operators can stop these potential customers early in the acquisition cycle , thereby avoiding provisioning costs, stolen equipment, future transactions like toll and service revenue losses. My role in this project levied overall responsibility of all non-commercial activities. These include Managing the Project and Tracking the Operations. Effectively managing a team of 40 IT professionals, with complete coordination and communication. Smart Transport System (For Govt of Madhya Pradesh., Currently Ongoing) The project is deployed at 42 locations across the State of Madhya Pradesh. Total Project worth exceeding Rs. 125 crores. Headed a team of 16 professionals and channel partners for onsite operations. I was responsible for: Monitoring projects status and client liaison. Works as an interface between all the parties involved. Responsible for Technology Change mgmt. from time to time.

Involved in development of PC based Biometrics Application to Capture Finger Prints stored in the card. Liable for Time Scheduling and Resource mgmt., database designing, Independently designed, developed and deployed the application for data transfer through FTP. Technology Platform: Windows 98/ 2000 Platform, Visual Basic 6.0, VC++ 6.0, DB2, MTS., and MS Visual Source Safe as a source code control. After successful implementation it was also migrated on .Net by me and my team for remote RTOs which were connected to the Central Server through VSAT. Time Attendance & Access Control System (For Naval Dockyard, Vishakhapatnam, Project Duration: 1 Year) The Scope of application extends to 8500 employees of NDV working at over 100 remote locations and all connected with each other. As a PM my efforts were duly appreciated by the

mgmt., due to which the project was handed over to me, in between, during the implementation phase. The challenge thus became in taking over the charge and onsite implementation of the same. Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (For Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India) Scope of project was for issuance of 25 million Smart Cards, across India. Major achievement was in strategy planning for distribution and dispatch of cards to over 15 million defense personnel. As an appreciation from Senior Mgmt. I was then appointed as Project Manager. Air Force Hq. Convenience Card (For Air force HQ, Delhi, Duration: 6 Months) My responsibility, as Analyst, included development of application for integration of ATM Machines with Smart Card. This involved design of application functional specifications. Liaison between Leading Indian Bank, TCS Ltd. and Eminent Air Force Personnel. Enterprise Convenience Card (For Hindalco, Renukoot, Duration: 1 year) The basic aim behind this system was to reduce the problem of cash salary disbursement for 14000 employees. As a Manager I appreciably distinguished my efforts by completing project on time, despite major problem incorporated. The project was deployed with customer satisfaction level of 4.1/5.0.
