III. PROBLEM/s ENCOUNTERED

Problems are inevitable part of every activity. It enables us to see what to improve
for a program to become successful. During the program, it was extremely hot to
some part of the venue due to hot weather wherein students are not in their proper
seats anymore to find a comfortable place to seat.
IV. RECOMMENDATION

Based on the problems that we have encountered it will be more helpful if everyone is
prepared to bring their own portable fan or any other ways to get rid of the hot weather.
