flame. This flame represents unity, sportsmanship, and the spirit of friendship that binds us
all together.
To carry out this honored tradition, we have selected outstanding athletes in the different
clusters that exemplify dedication, teamwork and excellence. Please join me in welcoming
them as they come forward to light the Friendship Flame and inspire us all.”
