WILL
This WILL is the last WILL and Testment of me.
I, Smt. G. Chandramma, W/o. Late G.V. Satyanarayana, aged about 57 years,
Occupation, House wife, R/o. 1-1-149, Budvel, Rajendranagar Mandal, R.R. District, do
hereby revoke all Wills made and executed by me, if any at any time hereto before. I
hereby declare that this to be my last WILL and Testment. It will be effective after my
death.
It is my wish and desire that after my death my daguthers namely 1. Smt. G.
Padma, W/o. Late Ramu, aged about 28 years, Occ: Government Employee, R/o. 1-1-
149, Budvel, Rajendranagar Mandal, R.R. District and 2. Smt. A. Radha, W/o. A.
Krishna, aged about 26 years, Occ: House wife, R/o. H.No. 2-2-1137/5/5, New
Nallakunta, Hyderabad-44 would be entitled to the property which was described in the
schedule attached hereunder. I am the absolute owner of the schedule property which
was acquired by me vide registered sale deed dt.27.10.1999 and registered as document
No.1902, dt.27.10.1999 at Sub Registrar Office, Shamshabad,R.R. District and also in
Pattadar pass book bearing No. 406 issued by Mandal Revenue Officer, Shamshabad
mandal dt. 01.02.2001.
I hereby declare that the above said my daughters are equal beneficiaries and
universal legatee of this WILL.

I hereby give, devise and bequeath unto all my properties absolutely and for ever
by way of this WILL in favour of my daughters equally out of love and affection, as they
are only looking after my welfare and they shall be absolute owners for ever over all my
properties which were described in the schedule attached hereunder bequeathed under
this WILL.
In witness whereof, I the above said Smt. G. Chandramma have hereunto set and
subscribe my hand and signature will full conscience with free Will and consent and
sound mind in the presence of the attesting witness on this last Will and testment on this
the day of July, 2006 at Hyderabad after understanding the contents having been
explained to me in Telugu.

Signed and acknowledged by Smt. G. Chandramma, the Testator as her last Will
and Testment in our presence having understood the contents of this Will and at the
request and in their presence and in the presence of each other, we have subscribed our
names as witnesses.

SCHEDULE
All that the Agricultural lands in Sy.,No.40AA/2 admeasuring Ac.3.09 guntas, and
42AA/2 admeasuring Ac.1.14 guntas total admeasuring Ac.4.23 guntas situated at
Kothwalguda village, Shamshabad Mandal, R.R. District which were bounded by:
North: Land of Vendors
South: Neighbours land
East : Neighbours land
West : Himayat sagar.
