No intra / extra hepatic biliaty dilatation seen. Portal vein is normal. No obvious focal lesion seen. GB: Partially distended. Wall thickness is normal. No sludge / obvious calculi seen in the lumen. CBD is not seen dilated to the extent visualized, Pancreas: Normal in size and echopattern. No obvious focal lesions. Spleen: Normal in size and measures approximately (7.9ems) and shows normal echopattern. No obvious focal lesions. Kidneys: Normal in' size and echopattem. CMD maintained. No hydronephrosis / obvious sonologically detectable renal calculi seen. RK: Measures- 8.6 x 1.2ems, LK: leasures- 8.9 x 1.0cms [Length x cortical thickness]. Urinary bladder: Distended. No luminal echoes seen, Wall thickness is normal. Uterus: “Anteverted, appears bulky in size measures 7.9 x 4.3 x 6.0ems, Junctional zone appears indistinct with altered myometrial echotexture. Endometrium is. thickened and measures approximately 13.7mm, Few seedling intramural fibr ‘measuring approximately 16 x 11mm.
