purpose of initiating proceedings before the Registrar of Trademarks
for obtaining registration of our trade / service marks from
Government of India, to file and / or contest Rectifications and
Oppositions, if any, to sign and verify the Notice of Opposition and
other Petitions, Applications, Forms, Statements, to correct clerical
errors, and to also maintain the registration of our trade / service mark
by renewing it as and when it will become due for renewal and to
attend all matters arising before the Registrars of Trade Marks and
request that all notices, requisitions and communications relating to
the said matter or proceedings may be sent to our said Agent /
Attorney at their above address.
We also hereby authorize our aforesaid agent to appoint any other
advocate or agent or his associates to advance submissions or
arguments or to make representations or further applications, writings
etc. on our behalf as may deem necessary.
We, hereby revoke all previous authorizations, if any, relating to any of
the trade /service mark matters or proceedings. We also hereby ratify
all the acts done by the attorneys.
