Mr. Lukman is the CEO of NCCPL since 2004. He is a Fellow
Chartered Accountant, Cost & Management Accountant,
Corporate Secretary by qualification and a certified director from
[CAP. He started his career with M/s A.F. Ferguson & Co. in Audit
and Assurance department. He has over twenty-five years of
enriched and diversified managerial experience with national
and multinational companies including Rhone-Poulenc Rorer
Limited, Coca Cola Beverages Pakistan & CDC.

SHOAIB UR REHMAN
CEO
Shoaib Ur Rehman is the CEO of Virtuosoft. A graduate of NED
University, Karachi, Shoaib brings with him a wealth of
experience garnered over a distinguished career spanning more
than two decades. Shoaib's profound industry knowledge covers
a broad spectrum, including Software Development, Cloud
Computing, Big Data, and Open Source Development and
Customization. His extensive professional journey has seen him
in various key roles within Application Development and IT
Operations in both the Pakistani and UAE sectors. With this
multifaceted experience, Shoaib has firmly established himself
as a seasoned leader in the field. His strategic vision and deep
understanding of the intricacies of the industry make him a
driving force behind Virtuosoft's continued success.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Ahmed Chinoy is a renowned business leader and social activist,
awarded the Hilal-e-Imtiaz (2013) and Sitara-e-Imtiaz (2007) for
his contributions to Pakistan's development. With over 30 years
of experience in trade, education, healthcare, and public safety,
he has played a pivotal role in corporate governance as a
shareholder Director at institutions like the Pakistan Stock
Exchange, CDC, PMEX, NCCPL, and SNGPL. His strategic
guidance on IT Steering Committees and leadership of IT Minds,
a subsidiary of CDC, has led to notable successes, cementing his
impact on Pakistan's economic and technological landscape.

COO
Azher Rizvi brings 15 years of experience in trade marketing and
operations management, having successfully served in multiple
countries, including the UAE, Ghana, Vietnam, and Pakistan.
Throughout his career, he has led various organizations, driving
projects with remarkable effectiveness. Azher is adept at
optimizing operations to become more cost-effective while
enhancing the quality of project delivery. His expertise lies in
guiding companies through international expansion efforts,
significantly boosting sales and profitability across diverse
markets.

Syed Adnan is working as a chief technology officer. He has 8+
experience in software development. He has vast experience in
local and international project experience. Syed Adnan's

SADIA ASIF
VP SERVICES
Sadia Asif, who holds a degree in science, has been employed at
Virtuosoft for the past three years. During her tenure, she has
gained significant expertise in designing and implementing
service quality measures. Her work encompasses a variety of
projects that she has successfully executed on both local and
international scales, demonstrating her ability to manage and
deliver complex tasks effectively. Additionally, her contributions
have consistently improved client satisfaction and operational
efficiencies, which have been recognized within the company.

SUHAIL IMDAD
BPO HEAD
Sohail Imdad is an Associate Chartered Accountant from ICAR
he has more than ten years of working experience. During the
course of employment in PwC, he gained valuable experience of
audit and Assurance, Taxation and Accounting & Book Keeping
of multiple industries. He has also served in fastest growing
pharmaceutical of Pakistan as a Lead Treasury and also in the
the top FMCG of Pakistan as the Head of Taxation.

MUHAMMAD WAQAS
HEAD OF PMO
Waqas, with over 17 years in the tech industry, has excelled
across banking, insurance, logistics, supply chain, and real
estate. Starting at Citibank Pakistan, he developed skills in
programming and project management. His career includes
pivotal roles at TPL Corp and LMKR, and he currently serves as
Country Manager for Gridizen in Pakistan. Waqas holds an MS in
Project Management from FAST.

CYBER SECURITY EXPERT
Mr. Adnan, holds a Bachelor's in Computer System Engineering,
from the University of Engineering & Technology, Peshawar.He
is an adept cybersecurity professional with expertise in Security
Operations, PCI DSS compliance, VAPT, Ethical Hacking, Cyber
Security Risk Management, ISO 27001, Cloud Security, and
SIEM. He excels in Threat and Vulnerability Management,
