APPLICATION       FOR     CONDONATION           OF     DELAY      FOR     FILING
WRITTEN STATEMENT ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT/ DEFENDANT.
MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:
  1. That the applicant/ defendant seeks to file written statement in the above
     said matter for the right was disclosed. Hence this application seeks
     condonation of delay to file the same before this hon’ble court.
  2. That on the previous dates of hearing the applicant/ defendant was not
     appear before this hon’ble court as he has neither received any summon
     regarding the dates of hearing nor he received any summons regarding the
     date of hearing and when applicant// defendant came in another case before
     the hon’ble court then after file inspection he came to know that this hon’ble
     court pleased to part ex-parte order dated 08.05.2024 against the defendant.
  3. That the absence of defendant was neither intentional nor deliberate but due
     to abovesaid bonafide reason.
  4. That the defendant will suffer irreparable loss if this application is not
     allowed.
PRAYER
It is humbly prayed before this hon’ble court to allow the condonation of
delay or pass any such order which this hon’ble court may deem fit in the
interest of justice.
