MEMORANDUM

FROM : Tolosa Municipal Police Station

SUBJECT : Qualified Theft

DATE : November 19, 2023

1. The incident occurred on November 19, 2023. It happened in the early morning
around 4 A.M.

2. The motorcycle of Victor Lim Tanon a Honda XR 150 Black and Red was stolen
from where it was parked at Tolosa Plaza. Victor stated that he had left his
motorcycle on the plaza to jog and climb Mt. Inapusong for exercise. He also
stated that he neglected and forgot to remove the keys from his motorcycle.
After searching for his motorcycle at the plaza to no avail, Victor reported to the
police to raise his concern.

3. Upon receiving Victor’s report, officers from Tolosa Municipal Police Station
were dispatched to the plaza to investigate.

4. A Progress report will follow.
