【Baseline conditions】
• The switch VR1 on the control panel controls the voltage output and the value is shown on the list in
ISPSoft.
• The switch VR2 on the control panel controls the current output and the value is shown on the list in ISPSoft.
Store the values of voltage input sent by channel 1 of AS04AD, voltage output sent by channel 1 of AS04DA,
voltage output sent by channel 2 of AS04DA and voltage output sent by channel 3 of AS04DA to data
registers via HWCONFIG.
• If the analog range of the voltage input sent by channel 1 of AS04AD is 0V~10.0V, the corresponding digital
value range will be 0~32000.
• If the digital range of the voltage output sent by channel 1/2 of AS04DA is 0V~10.0V, the voltage output of
the corresponding analog value range 0~32000 will be 0V~10.0V.
• If the digital range of the current output sent by channel 3 of AS04DA is 0mA~20.0mA, the current output of
the corresponding analog value range 0~32000 will be 0mA~20.0mA.

【Explanation】
• When the PLC runs, the output sent by channel 1 (stored in
D28022) and channel 2 of AS04DA (stored in D28024) is
10V.
• Convert the voltage output value (stored in D28002) sent by
channel 1 of AS04AD to the current output value (stored in
D28026) sent by channel 3 of AS04DA.
• The output sent by channel 1 of AS04DA is 10V. Use the AI-
1 VR switch to divided the voltage and change the voltage
ranging 0~10V on the list of AO-1.
• The output sent by channel 2 of AS04DA is 10V. Use the AI-
2 VR switch to divide the voltage value detected by channel
1 of AS04AD and convert it to current output sent by channel
3 of AS04DA to change the current ranging 0~20mA on the
list of AO-2.
