Regular monitoring is needed in every area. Every project/activities identified to address the area prioritize should be
monitored depending upon the project. Project teams and members should also list down the changes or effect of every
project including suggestions for improvement or using another strategy. In evaluating a project, the project team should be
present. Conference should be done after the evaluation. The indicator that needs focus is the output of the project being
implemented. Through rigid process of evaluation, we can measure its effectiveness and efficiency.
