In our modern society, business always want employees work with them as
long as possible. However, every situation has two side pros and cons.
There are several advantages when workers staying at one company, first of
all, it helps them have trust from employers and colleagues because they know
personally of each people in the workplace. Specially, comprehend too thoroughly
cultural company, when they have problems, they will find it easily to seek
assistant from managers or coworkers. For example, I have a friend who work at
abc company as a egineering, he has worked at his company for 20 years. When he
had big projects, it took him lots of effort because he hadn’t enough money to
employ its. During the periods, he always gets support from accounting department
due to he is trusted by the company.
Another advantage of dedicating in one business is that employees have
experience and knowledge on how to deal with difficulty things. For instance,
working with customers in a long time helps me know what they need. With that
experiences, I am able to quickly handle difficult requirements of customer. As a
result, they are always pleased when cooperating with me.
However, working at a company during long time has some downsides.
Most of all, it can make workers get boring. When they tackle one thing in many
times, it become familiar and not challenging, thus they will not study new things
which broaden their knowledge. Let me tell you my story, my brother has worked
in abc company for 15 years as safeguard, he just work one thing day by day is
look around to prevent bad guys come over his company. Gradually, he became
depressed due to he has not chances to have access to updated information
technology which is passionate of him.
To sum up, these are pros and cons of staying at one company. Personally, It will
depend on each person and preference in order to having greatest career.

importantly, it can cause boredom among workers. When people handle the same
problem repeatedly, it becomes familiar and unchallenging, thus they will not learn
new subjects to improve their knowledge. Let me tell you my story. My brother has
worked as a safeguard for ABC organization for 15 years. All he does on a daily
basis is watch around to prevent bad persons from entering the organization. He
gradually got depressed since he did not have access to up-to-date information
technology, which he was passionate about.
