Stormcast Warriors

        Although the old world is gone and its many secrets and legends, there remains a
hope that some artifact of power may yet exist. This artifact, whatever it may be, could be
the key to defeating Chaos and ending the strife that tore the old world apart. Mordheim
was a trove of power, from the weirdstones and warp storms to the doomed inhabitants and
the myriad of creatures that lived within it. None are more aware of this than Sigmar
himself and utilizing the power of the Aelves and the winds of time he has sent back his elite
soldiers, the Stormcast, to scavenge the city of Mordheim in search of this artifact or
weapon of power. Accompanying his Stormcast are the ever loyal Gryph-hounds and a few
brave men and women of the Freeguild eager to assist. Time will tell whether this quest
proves worth its price in manpower.
                                     Choice of Warriors:

                                      Stormcast Skills
· Paired Weapons: This warrior is adept at fighting with a set of two of the same weapon. When
dual wielding two identical weapons in close combat, the warrior adds +1 to any injury rolls they cause.
· Sigmar’s Protection: This warrior may make a 5+ ward save against any missile attacks.
· Time Distortion: Once per game round, this warrior may re-roll a single die of their choosing:
either to hit, to wound, or armor save. Alternatively, they may force a warrior targeting them to reroll
either a roll to hit or to wound.
· Coordinated Command: Any henchmen who are fighting the same model as this warrior in hand
to hand combat may re-roll any failed to hit rolls in close combat.
· Loyal Companion: Up to one Gryph Hound within 6’’ of this warrior gains +1 to its attack
characteristic.
· Sigmar’s Blessing: This Stormcast is blessed by the powers of Sigmar himself and has the
endurance to match. This unit has a natural 6+ armor save, which may be modified as usual with armor.
                                        Special Rules:
· Not Sturdy enough to carry my might!: As they are not able to find the baby dragons
they usually ride, and are unable to find anything even vaugly comparable, Stormcast Units
may never ride mounts.
· Waste of Money: Stormcast are not willing to spend good money on a hired sword who is not on
their own level. As such they only hired swords they may hire are Orges and Dwarf Slayers.
