Responsibilities:
Provide strategic vision and leadership : Define the overall technology roadmap, aligning it with the
company's business goals.
Build, lead and manage the technology team : Oversee all aspects of software development, including
architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Champion innovation : Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the
development team.
Ensure technical excellence : Maintain high coding standards, robust security practices, and a scalable
infrastructure.
Select and implement technology solutions : Choose the right tools and technologies (.Net, Xamarin,
cloud platforms) to achieve business objectives.
Manage vendor relationships : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key technology
vendors and service providers.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends : Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and their potential
impact on the lending space.
Ensure regulatory compliance : Develop and implement systems to ensure adherence to all relevant
data security and privacy regulations.
Qualifications :
Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably within the FinTech
or financial services industry.
Proven track record of building and leading high-performing software development teams.
Worked in a startup from scratch.
In-depth expertise in .Net development frameworks (ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core etc.) and Xamarin
for cross-platform mobile app development.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and their application in FinTech solutions.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-
functional teams.
Passion for building secure, scalable, and user-centric financial technology products.
