1. Provide labels for the gridlines.
2. Provide air-conditioning for IDF rooms.
3. Provide air-conditioning for the waiting area at the ground floor (beside staircase 2).
4. Provide air-conditioning for the information/message canter and entrance lobby at the ground
floor.
5. Provide air-conditioning for elevator lobbies.
6. An FCU at the fourth floor is not connected to the multi-split system (inside the multi-purpose
hall)
7. Replace title for ME-05 (Ground Floor Mechanical Layout)
8. Replace title for ME-06 (Ground Floor Mechanical Layout)
9. Reflect actual sizes of ACCU (20 TR is usually two modules) and review clearances.
10. Provide details for ceiling suspended FCU.
11. Resize the condensate drain downspouts.
12. Some FCUs do not have their thermostat reflected (Second Floor to Fourth Floor)
13. Thermostat for the Planning and Development Office (Second Floor) should be located inside
the room.
14. Provide elevator plans, specifications, and section.
15. From ME-07 to ME-11, replace the title (HVAC & AC Drain Layout)
16. Utilize a minimum of 8 air changes per hour for the toilets.
17. Provide fresh air supply for rooms without windows.
18. Provide stair pressurization for enclosed staircase 2.
19. Provide stair pressurization for enclosed the staircase 4.
20. Enclose staircase 3 with fire rated doors if pressurization is to be provided.
21. Provide detail of weather cover/gooseneck for outdoor fans/blowers.
22. Provide duct size and grille sizes.
23. In ME-13, move the call-out (To FDAS) at the arrow directed to SP.
24. Review the need for an exhaust blower above staircase 1.
