Reporting All Nearmisses must be reported in the Daily HS Assessment report HS1
An event that under different circumstances could have resulted in physical
Near Miss: harm to an individual or damage to the environment, equipment, property HS1
and/ or material.
Reporting All First aid cases must be reported in the Daily HS Assessment report HS2
When an employee, as a result of an accident in the workplace receives on-
site first aid assistance. Includes cleaning minor cuts, scrapes or scratches;
First Aid: HS2
treating a minor burn; applying bandages and / or dressings, cold compress.
