We are placed to inform you have been selected to work for MEP & CONSTRUCTION. We
are delighted to mark you the following job offer.

The position we are offering is that of (WELDER) at a Salary/ Wages of (1700 SGD) per
Month. Overtimes claims shall be paid at one and a half time of your basic rate per hour and on
Sunday’s and public.

Your working hours will be from company’s working hours (8 hours per day) and/or normal
work days (6 days in a week).

This is a contract position (fixed visa of 2 years which is extendable).

• Benefits Information If Relevant To The Position:

• Vacation: you will be entitled to 22 days holidays entitled which will operate on pro
rate basis. You will be entitled to 10 days sick pay on completion of first three Months of
Yours employment.

• Employee Benefits Include:

• Bonus: effective upon satisfactory of employment and based upon the goals and
objectives agreed to in the performance development planning process with your
company, you may be eligible for a bonus. The plan for this year and beyond, should
such a plan exist, will be based on the formula determined by the company for that year.

• Accommodation: the company shall provide you with a bachelor-shared


accommodation nearby the company. The accommodation is inclusive of public utilities
expenses.

Transport: the Company providing all the transportation to its employees. Shell out any
moving or other transition expenses the company will pay.
Insurance: the current, standard company health, life, disability and dental insurance
coverage are generally supplied per company policy. Eligibility for other benefits, will
generally determine annually.

Food: you shall eat the staff canteen free of charge as three dietary options for
vegetarian and non-vegetarian.

If you accept this job offer, your hire date will be on the day that you attend new-hire orientation
after arrival in SINGAPORE This letter serves as official notice that the applicant can apply for

Temporary Work Permit. The applicant shall comply with all applicable laws, rules and
regulations of the company and SINGAPORE high commission. The applicant should
