ORDER
Sub: Increase in rate of House Rent Allowance.
Ref: Finance Department Order of even number dated 30-10-2017
and 22-07-2021.
It was provided in the FD order of even number dated 30-10-2017 that the
rates of HRA will be revised to 20% and 10% for 'Y' and 'Z' Class Cities
respectively when dearness allowance crosses 50%. Vide FD order dated
24-10-2024, the rates of dearness allowance has been increased to 53% w.e.f.
01-07-2024.
Therefore, the rates of HRA are revised to 20% and 10% for 'Y' and 'Z'
class cities respectively with effect from 01-11-2024.
