B. Knowledge/Skills Gained and/or Difficulties Encountered for the Period
As an OJT at a restaurant, I gained valuable insights into the daily operations of the F&B
department, including roles like kitchen staff, servers, and bartenders. I observed and assisted with tasks
like food preparation, table setting, and customer service. Despite challenges like learning specific
procedures and memorizing the extensive menu and wine list, I adapted quickly and gradually improved
my skills with the guidance of my mentors.
