PERSONAL INTERVIEW
Q.1) Tell me about yourself.
Ans:- My name is khan rehan, student of M.H Saboo Siddik College of Engineering. I had
completed my high school and junior college from Bhiwandi. I have always been keen learner
my interest technology and machine drew me up to pursue for mechanical engineering.
Q.2) What are your skills?
Ans:-Creative Thinking and problem Solving are the two most important mechanical
engineering skills have. It allows me to create innovative products, machines and design
process. The ability to look at workplace issue from a new perspective helps me come up with
solutions to potential problems.
Q.3) What would you do if you were working under bad boss?
Ans:-Firstly, before jumping to the conclusion that my boss is bad, I will try my best I will try my
best to understand my boss personality and get to know what their problem is. If my boss is
aggressive, then I will make note of things that would make him angry and work on avoiding
that
Q.4)What are your strength and weakness?
Ans:-Sir my strength is to learn new things, I am self-motivated, dedicated, and Punctual, I
always work with the team. Apart from this completing of work in short time bar.
Q.5)Where do you see yourself in next five years?
Ans:-In next five years I see myself more grown technically and at a higher position in my Area
of interest and domain
Q.6) How do you separate your professional life from personal?
Ans:-There is thin line between my professional and personal space. I just try not to cross it.
Q.7)Are you better at planning or implementing?
Ans:-I like to believe that I’m good with both of them. But honestly, I feel that I’m better at
implementing strategies than planning them.
Q.8) How do you deal with criticism?
Ans:-When I receive criticism of any kind, I make point to listen to problems, and if I’m at fault, I
take full responsibility for my mistakes
Q.9) Will you lie for the company under certain circumstances?
Ans:-I believe in the principle of honesty. So, my willingness to be part of the Lie would depend
on the situation and the outcome.
Q.10) Why should we hire you?
Ans:-I am self-motivated and very open minded person who can learn very fast. Looking at the
job description and my experience in the field of design Engineer, I am confident that I am very
much suitable for this role, I enjoy solving problems and I am a great team player. I also believe
that my values are aligned with this Company’s values.
